That scene is also my favorite scene of the drama because of the same reason,I felt like I was experiencing it.
I think the main reason I loved this drama was because I really related to Deokim and understood why she was afraid of accepting him.As she once told San,she was afraid of losing herself in the process.And that just made so much sense to me.
I still wish this drama was a bit longer because I feel like her concubine years were very rushed.
