Behind the scenes of our beloved stars

I really enjoyed watching this drama and the feels of having multiple leads. This had the most numbers of successful pairings out of all the kdramas I've ever watched.

What appeals to me is that it's kind of new to me wherein the whole drama is all about the behind the scenes of entertainment stars. There's a lot more drama behind the scenes than the ones on screen. It was also relatable to watch and somehow just fluffy and light-hearted. I laughed a lot of times because of the simple antics inserted throughout the series and also find myself crying with the casts as well.

For me this was very well portrayed and is worth the watch. Additionally, the OST is really catchy that I love it so much. It's my first time seeing the male lead on a drama and I'm kind of curious about his other works.

I highly recommend this one if you're just in to rom-coms. Or you just wanna watch something chill.

One of the best crime-law series I've watched. Simple concepts yet so deep.

I love this drama for several reasons and I'll tell you each of the reason why you should need to add this on your watchlist.

1. Very deep meaning using relatable situations for almost everyone. One of the things I really commend about this series is the fact that they used common scenarios that can be understood easily. They also didn't add a lot of law technicalities so even if law genre doesn't interest you or you don't know anything about law, you can still enjoy it.
2. The colorful characters. In most dramas we identify who's the main leads and who are the villains however in Juvenile Justice, it's difficult to draw a line. Everyone has a fair share of good and bad in them that it's really hard to tell whether they're a good or bad person. Personally, I can't stop myself loving all the characters.
3. The actors and actresses. Of course, this series won't be successful without the casts outstanding portrayal. Kim HyeSoo did not disappoint and she perfectly embodied a judge who is strict and serious but at the same time uses logic and compassion to teach the juvenile offenders a lesson. Her portrayal is certainly outstanding. On the other hand, Kim MuYeol, another actor who's known for versatility. His character here is a lot more passive than the previous shows/movies I've seen which is why I'm a bit sad. His portrayal as an associate judge who's very emotional and show empathy to all the juveniles is on point but I guess his character as Judge Cha TaeMu is a bit plain. Compared to Judge Shim's character, who's very fierce and aggressive, Judge Cha's saint-like personality has been outshined by Judge Shim's unique way of handling her cases.

Actually there's a lot more to expect from this series and it's definitely worth the watch. I hope you try watching this and fall in love with its heart-wrenching show filled with a lot of lifelong lessons.

Very serious moviewhich pokes around animal rights, corporate world and genetic mutation

I have been delaying to watch this movie for years. I actually thought that it is a light-hearted movie but I was wrong. This movie questions serious problems such as animal cruelty for the sake of business profits and genetic mutations. Unfortunately, these kind of movies are not really my cup of tea.

I'm kind of curious if there's a sequel because I felt like I needed to know more details to fully enjoy the movie.Another thing is that I was hoping for a happy ending however it didn't end as I expected. Casts were able to portray their roles reasonably and the graphics are amazingly outstanding. It makes up at least half of the movie itself.

All in all, this was a pretty decent film if you have free time. If there will be a sequel, I'll be watching it for sure to know further about Mirando's company and AFL.

Cunningly exciting and also incredibly heartfelt

This series is really amazing from the story, the characters, the CGs and the execution. I can't really wait to see the next Season.

What I love the most in this series is how engaging and interesting the story. It also gave a variety of genres with a perfect balance, from comedy, drama, crime, and fantasy. It started with these main characters who is working on a noodle shop and also a devil catcher at the same time and as the story progresses, you'll get to know more about their past and personality. It also introduces new characters that makes up this big picture that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

I also love how the story is presented in an engaging way making you want for more. Unlike other series which keeps you frustrated because the climax is too far, this series gives off several impactful climax being more and more intense as the story goes on. I find myself screaming and crying with the characters because I was able to relate with the characters as I am watching them. It's also more exciting seeing the villains and main characters have a head-on fight instead of the usual crime series with 15 frustrating episodes where the villains win and then on the final episode, the villains gets defeated.

The chemistry of the Counters is really commendable as well because they really give off that 'team vibe' which makes you root for them more. The character development is also reasonable because you've got to see how the character's complexity is being shown as you move along through the series. The individual characters both for main and also villains gave different life lessons you can pick up along the way.

Before I even forget, a very good job to the CGIs, it didn't disappoint at all. It makes my heart beat whenever I see the Yung Territory. I know it's just a simple CGI but the impact to me is so great that I even get goosebumps because it's not too much but it's not lacking. Just the right amount of CGIs to keep me impressed.

If you want to watch a great an unique series that will keep you on the edge of your seats and will leave you wanting for more, you should definitely watch this!

Are you ready to fall in love again?

Disclaimer: If you had a first love, the memories will surely come back to you in flashes while watching this movie whether it's sweet, bitter and even bittersweet. I'm not sure what you'll feel watching this if you haven't fall in love before yet but it will surely give you an idea what falling in love means. This is a movie that portrays romance in reality.

I've been eyeing this movie for quite sometime after I saw BoYoung and YeongKwang leading this movie. They are both versatile actors and the posters already shouts 'chemistry' between them so I have no doubt this will be a great movie. So going into it, the plot about first love is a common thing in dramas and movies but the synopsis of getting a wedding invitation from your first love surely makes the audience curious as to what will happen but what I love about this movie is that as soon as it started, I forget that the goal is about the wedding invitation. Instead, it invites me to the world of first love from high school, to college and adulthood until it eventually gave out, what I'm really curious for. The plot build up is consistent, I don't know for others but I find myself engaged to every scene from start to finish.

What I also love about it is that the casts were able to own up to their roles realistically. I was able to picture out what a high schooler looks like, to what a college student looks like and also until they became adults. You can really feel them maturing throughout the movie. Minor flaw though, some transitions where not as smooth as what I usually expect but it's barely noticeable anyway.

This movie seriously flooded me with emotions both positive and negative and I feel like grew up a little bit by just watching it. A great story + amazing script + fantastic portrayal = realistically perfect movie that's just right my alley. I really commend the writers for bringing up this work of art and also for all the staff that made this come to life. As much as I love to spoil, I want you to watch this movie and enjoy the ride of ups and downs through out the movie and realize that it's not about the destination but rather the journey.

Aside from the great acting, I don't what else to say

This is a spy movie involving North Korea, which is definitely not my cup of tea. I was expecting something more but the plot remain flat from start to end.

Commendation though to the great acting of the casts. The characters was given justice although the plot isn't much interesting. Choi SeungHyun's acting is superb (T.O.P on top), the expressions and the emotions he portrayed is so realistic and of course the action scenes.

Overall, it was a good drama to pass time on. Maybe I'm not just really into this kind of movies that's why I find the plot boring but all the executions are done skillfully so still a great job for everyone made the movie possible. VIPs come and watch it.

Is it a horror or a comedy or whatever, you decide.

From what I know this is one of the high grossing movie when it was released on 2013 but I don't really have high expectations about this but it still did not fail to disappoint me. I watched it recently because I'm in a wake and felt to be in the mood for horror and felt like this movie is the perfect fit.

In summary, this puts together different superstitions that Filipino believes during a wake placed on a really messy plot sugar-coated by famous and star-studded casts. To be honest, I didn't like the how the story is presented at all but I kept watching it because the casts are familiar faces making it tolerable. KathNiel is a well-known celebrity on screen and real life couple so no doubt that a lot of KathNiel's fan watched this movie. The casts really acted their parts well but it's just absurd because I know it's a horror movie but I kept laughing out of absurdity. It confuses me what the goal of the movie is. On those scenes that looks really eerie, they suddenly puts the main leads staring at each other and match it up with a suddenly romantic song. I don't know if they are going for horror or romance or what but this failed epically.

Don't get me wrong though, the casts did their part well and I know this actors and actresses to be good at what they do but the way the film is presented made their efforts waste into drains. If the execution was right, the plot can be an interesting one but they went to confuse the audience what genre they are watching for.

If you're a KathNiel fan, go for it the actors really did well anyway so I don't think it will be a waste of time. Just don't expect too much.

This is just perfect

The story line is exciting and inspiring at the same time. I fell in love with the characters and also the great plot twists and turns throughout the drama. There are subtle hints throughout the drama but is enough only for you to be excited and be more curious thus not ruining the plot twists. I love the house used as the setting, most particularly the secret room below the stairs and the glass roof. The casting is perfect specially the for the female lead because it's really hard to portray such character of being immature but still maintaining the composure of being mature. If someone else starred on this drama, it might actually be overly cute that would be very mushy for the show but this one is just perfect. I usually hate antagonists but for this one I'm glad that I was able to see the antagonist changing for the better and being friends with the protagonist. Also the male lead actually stole my heart completely.

Another plus points for adding classical music throughout the drama. I as able to understand more about classical music. The OST is one of the best part for me. It made me cry several times and I keep listening to those songs on my playlist even though I finished watching the drama. If I were given a chance to re-watch 50 K-Dramas before I die, this would definitely be part of my list.

3-Star Michelin Chef in Joseon

Bon Appetit gave me strong Mr. Queen energy, but with its own flavor that sets it apart. While Mr. Queen leans heavily on rom com chaos, this one takes a more grounded approach. The romance has weight, the politics add tension, and the cooking scenes tie everything together in a way that feels thoughtful instead of gimmicky. It’s that sweet spot where you’re entertained but still pulled into the story’s layers.

The pacing sits right in the middle too. Not too simple, not too tangled, just enough suspense to keep you saying “one more episode” until you realize you’ve finished the whole thing in two days. What really hooked me was how several characters sat in that gray area where you’re not sure if they’re good or bad. By the end, that duality actually makes the entire drama feel richer and more memorable.

I genuinely loved this show, and it stays with me even after the final episode. My only tiny wish is that it had a standout OST I could cling to and replay whenever I want to relive the experience. Other than that, it’s a beautifully balanced watch that delivers charm, depth, and flavor all at once.

Bizarre, Bonkers, and Beautiful — A Vacation I’ll Never Forget (Even Though I Wasn’t There)

Kian’s Bizarre B&B is exactly what it promises: completely out of the ordinary but full of heart. It’s not just a vacation show — it’s a weird, whimsical dream set on a barge in the middle of the sea, with fire poles, wall-climbing entrances, slides into the ocean, and hanging beds outdoors. Even the backup B&B is wild, requiring a scenic 7.5-minute monorail ride down a mountain slope. It’s like someone opened up a manhwa artist’s sketchbook and said, “Yeah, build that.”

What makes this show unforgettable is the cast and guests. Kian84, YeEun, and Jin were new faces to me, but they created a warm, chaotic energy that worked surprisingly well. And the guests? A perfect mix. The shy, studious student. The father-sons trio. Energetic jobseekers. A brave North Korean defector. Solo travelers. A couple in love. Navy officers on leave. Everyone brought something different — their stories, laughs, awkwardness, and even the tears gave the B&B heart and depth. Their stories added depth and warmth that made the B&B feel like more than just a gimmick.

Yes, there were flaws—some parts were downright unsafe or inconvenient—but maybe that’s part of the charm. It pushed everyone out of their comfort zones and into a once-in-a-lifetime memory. Sure, there were hazards (smoky annex, shaky pole, chaotic slide), and yes, Kian’s hygiene habits raised a few brows — but that’s what made it so human. Watching this made me feel like I was right there with them. It was strange, it was beautiful, and I’d do it all over again — even just from my screen. Bring on Season 2, Netflix. I’m already packed.

Started off great but wth happened towards the end

This series started well with a lot of potential but I didn't know why I suddenly felt disappointed.

The casts are so cute together. It's not the best chemistry out there but there's definitely a chemistry among this group. The character development is a bit off putting though. During the first half, I kept being intrigued about Doona, who she is and why she ended up where she's at but then as her story unfolds, it didn't make sense at all.

Overall, there's 2 types of ending for me. 1) the ending that is so satisfying or mind boggling that I have to search more for it; 2) the ending that makes me go 'what the hell' and despite explanation, it still don't make sense. Unfortunately, this series falls on the latter.

Will literally shed your tears but will also make you smile and laugh as hard

This was one of those unexpected series I've watched because I've seen too many clips that it made me REALLY interested. (I usually don't watch ongoing series because I don't like the waiting time in between episodes. I jumped the bandwagon more than halfway through the series and I could say that the torture of 3-4 weeks is totally worth it).

I never thought that I needed SooHyun and JiWon on the same screen but they totally delivered and I can't get enough. I love the simplicity of the storyline -- where it's both predictable and unpredictable. I thought it was just another romcom but I found myself crying as much as I laughed. The chemistry between the Queen's family and HyunWoo's family (including the whole village people) is too cute and heartwarming. They're not perfect but somehow they made it work better than perfection can.

The HyunWoo and HaeIn couple is the type of relationship that I really root for. I didn't experience what they went through but somehow I felt all the pain and all the happiness they have. If they're real people out there, I really wish them happiness until they're old. The challenges they went through only made them stronger.

The OSTs are also gem. Even without watching, if I hear the OST somewhere, I definitely feel warm and fuzzy -- sometimes a bit teary eyed, too. I can never recommend this enough, I really love Queen of Tears. ❤️

Independently awesome movie but not as much as emotional like the first one

This is a much needed sequel of Along With The Gods. It didn't disappoint at all because it gave me goosebumps while the story unfolds. A lot of questions from the first movie has been answered.

The storyline is also independent from the first one. It's good to know what happened on the first movie to know how it's connected but if you want to watch this second movie only, the story still makes sense. The computer graphics are still outstanding and impressive as expected.

Ma DongSeok is a really great addition to this sequel. We also get discover the back story of the three guardians who's trying their best to reincarnate 49 souls. Their chemistry is really great even though the characters are completely different from one another.

For those who have watched the first one, this movie is really a good follow up to know more about the guardians. For those who haven't watched the first one, you can watch the first one to have greater understanding or you can also dive right away into this one. This is a real good family movie that's very touching and many life lessons to pick up.

This film never fails to make me cry and laugh. It's soooo amazing

Wholesome film that will make you cry in the first 10 minutes you're watching it. It's unreal but it feels very realistic. I can't tell enough reasons to say that this movie is perfect. It's just a full package.

At the time of writing this review, it has been my second time watching it and I'm really impressed that it amazed me as much as I am amazed the first time I watched it. The plot is just so creative added with the impressive computer graphics. There's nothing better than this really.

The casts really played their characters really well. Cha TaeHyun has been a good actor ever since and then matched up with the cute and fierce grim reapers/afterlife lawyers. I can't think of anything better.

So what I'm really saying is please do watch this. I'm sure you'll love it too. If you want to cry and laugh like crazy, this is the best movie to binge-watch.
