Just to clear things up, this drama is Chinese. However, it's one of those dramas that have Korean and Chinese actors. And as said in the plot, it's set in modern day Korean entertainment industry so the dude has to speak Korean to survive lol

As for the fighting for custody, dang. Getting custody means nothing. As I said in an earlier comment, there could be ulterior motives. She could be trying to get an advantage over ZH. You don't say you want your kids back after abandoning them for a year.

Her work is work and her private life is her private life sure. But this case is entirely different. You don't really know how the Chinese government works, do you? She did something that is illegal in China (but she found a loophole and did surrogacy in the US) and you think the Chinese government is going to just let that stand? Um no.

But that isn't even the problem here. The fact that she abandoned her kids in the US is inhumane. She wanted them but then up and decides she wants to discard them like they're shoes.
