They both were drunk and slept on the same bed. But apparently nothing happened between them. Somehow, Fengzi…
Yes, but Feng Zi's father didn't know that, hence Tou's anger that Lin Zong Xing never bothered investigating the truth and putting the blame on him. It's bad enough that he tried to kill Tou, now they destroyed his relationship with Xue Zhi, which is why Tou was really hurt in that scene.

That may seem a little extreme, but from the martial arts world, it's the usual punishment for a betrayal of the sect. Hong Sheng, who stole the Nine Moves of God in the earlier episodes, got his martial arts destroyed by the head monk of the Lu Temple as punishment of his thievery. It's sort of like taking back the skills that one has given to their disciples.

Actually, his martial arts were destroyed by Feng Zi's dad before he was kicked out of the Sword Manor and possibly poisoned at the same, and what's more, he sent assassins after Tou to finish the job (to kill him).
It's getting so slow for the last few episodes - just talking about love - too mushy for my liking :(
The mushiness is mainly in episodes 19 and 20, but I actuallly like this part of the story where main OTP starts to develop their relationship and meet a few setbacks along the way. I expect the pain and betrayal to come soon enough, that'd sure to raise enough conflicts.
Is feng zhi is same age of SGT? That 'accident' is happen when SGT was 17 , right? Then if i'm not mistaken when…
According to the novel, Xue Zhi was 17, Tou 21, and Feng Zi 15 when they met at the Hero Assembly. So yes, that'd mean she was violated when she was only 10 years old, I read and confirmed it, she didn't even had her period yet then.
However, I think they aged the characters in the drama for a bit because Xue Zhi and the guardians act well above teenagers. I can't say for sure because it's not stated in the description.
OMG! My Yukee and Leo are so cute on and off screen. I seriously can't get enough of em!
I liked them a lot but I was more interested in Dong Hua x Feng Jiu's loveline, which is why ELOD was like a dream come true for me and I just lost my mind over it lol. I know how that feels when you're unable to move on from a couple, which is why I can't watch Dilraba's current drama cuz I'm still hung up on ELOD otp.
I'm not endorsing iQIYI or anything but they're the official streaming site, along with Tencent and Youku, and…
The good thing about WeTV is that all contents will be made available even to non-VIP, it's just a matter of time. So if you're not in a hurry to finish or watch, you could do without the VIP. IQIYI only allows you to watch 5 minutes of a VIP show and then you have to subscribe. So for now, I'm only subscribed to iQIYI. I might subscribe to WeTV again if they have a show I love.
Thank you so much for this. I watched it smiling without understanding anything, ha ha.
The tv host basically asked them to dish out a couple of sentences to describe the show or their characters and you can see how unprepared they are, so they rip off of each other and struggle to come up with a good one. I think Leo did the best out of them all. In one part, he described the drama as "making you blush," haha, which is true, because their lines are so cheesy I feel like I'm blushing from across the screen all the time, lol.
[Edited] couldnt decide if I'd prefer a stupidly naive Feng Zi like the one now, or jealousy ridden scheming one…
I thought by your original comment, I had misread Feng Zi's character. I didn't read the novel but I read a lot of reviews and synopsis here and there, so from my understanding, Feng Zi isn't a villain in the story, she is actually one of the most pitiable character.
Though I'm indifferent to her in the drama, I do hope she stays away from the couple, I really hate when 2nd female lead gets overbearing with her unrequited love. And yeah, she needs to grow up, she is a bit whiny here.
What kind of romance drama that doesn't have some kind of misunderstandings and jealousy? It's indeed the phase…
Tou did tell Xue Zhi that he's only now learning to love and open his heart to someone else. It makes sense that he didn't know how to share his past when he's so used to keeping everything in. This is a chance for him to learn, the same goes for Xue Zhi, as they both need to learn from each other as they grow as a couple.
Despite this misunderstanding, I admire the fact that Tou understands the real reason Xue Zhi is upset, and though Xue Zhi is too upset to listen, she still trusts Tou.
2nd dad is as much of a father figure to Tou as he is to Xue Zhi that it warms my heart whenever he's on-screen. I even shed a tear when he calls their dinner as "family" dinner.
Oh man, I get butterflies in my stomach every time he looks at her. It's clear that he's a goner and he admitted as much to Medicine King, saying "I am a fool." XD
You're right. I just noticed that too. It will definitely have Happy Ending based on marks on final episodes.
Nope, sorry, nor can I translate it because they're in idiomatic expression, I'm weak in Chinese idioms/proverbs. Hopefully other Chinese speakers here would be willing to translate.

I understand, but given their line of work, I think a kiss scene is something they need to breakthrough. I miss Mark Chao's kisses in Eternal Love, lol.

I think so too, they were really good deal for first time users. I haven't tried MangoTV mainly because they don't have any show I'm trying to watch. Viki has a lot of dramas, but they're not user friendly for me, and they only have like a yearly subscription, I want something more of a short commitment.
