I just watched The Full Time Wife Escapist, and those who said that Because This Is My First Life plagiarized this J-Drama clearly just watched the first episode of both shows. The stories, the dynamic between the characters, the conflicts are waaaaay too different.
Manifesting Song Hye Kyo and Gong Yoo project will come true!! It’s high time she gets paired with hot ahjussis. Her insane chemistry with Ha Do Yeong’s actor in The Glory shows that.
Totally loved the lead’s romance but after finishing the drama, Kim Sera and Noh Do Kyung lingered in my mind more . I’m more affected by that short scene 🥺
I have to say I also loved the side characters, each are scene stealers and entertaining to watch. The last time I enjoyed side characters this much was in CLOY.
Idk but to me the four main leads suit as leads of a chill SOL romcom rather than a makjang one due to their angelic faces… but maybe that’s one of the point, that looks can be deceiving. Anyway, I still remember Lee Yi Kyung and Rebecca after all this years so hopefully I can take his villain role seriously 😂
how come eun hye has very few projects? she is very pretty and talented actress, i admire her acting skills.
It’s not that she became unpopular all of a sudden, she was a top actress, but the fashion design plagiarism scandal in 2012 (or 2013?) really damaged her career. If it weren’t for that I believe she should be around Song Hye Kyo’s level of popularity right now.
For a movie that is entitled ballerina, I don’t see how her friend being a ballerina really matters to the plot. You could replace her job as a model or an idol, and the story would still work.
The very first scene got me hooked, and I think, I enjoyed watching this. It was okay. Just don’t really expect something grand if you are planning to watch.
I was the same before, I dropped it at Episode 1 because I can’t tolerate the sisters shouting at each other all the time. But I watched it two years later and I loved it way too much, I’m glad I watched it! It ended up being one of my most fave K-dramas of all time (evidence is my pfp is Jung Hwan lol). So keep watching if you can.

The ending tho… it’s way too sad :(
