His acting in Mask Girl is super impressive, to the point that it’s very realistic. There was no trace of the sweet and cute Jung Bong that I loved from Reply 1988 at all 😱

I watched this as a teen (almost same age as Kotoko’s actress back then), and I was so obsessed with it. Looking back now, what were they thinking when they paired a 16 year old with a 26 year old? 😭 their chemistry was insane but rewatching this (now I’m the same age as Irie’s actor when this aired), Kotoko was literally a kid lol and Irie was not so baby-faced as I thought before.

I assume she got it from Mrs. Ichihara (the nurse)

I’d like to think that the characters in her dramas live in one universe and all the absurdities are just a normal occurrence (something like Junji Ito universe but makjang 😂)

I really liked her as a kid. Autumn in My Heart and Full House will always have a special place in my heart, no matter how much it aged I still liked it. I didn’t really liked her dramas starting from DOTS though, but now, watching her in The Glory, I’m reminded why I became her fan. Cannot wait for Season 2! Fighting also to all her future projects. ♥️

I read that some people didn’t like the back and forth story telling, but for me it’s perfect. It’s like at one scene, you’re squealing because of the cuteness of their high school days, then it will transition to their adult days where they’re miserable, feels like I also get slapped by reality along with them, I can’t count how many times it happened now 😂

The writer from The Penthouse and The Last Empress, along with some actors from The Penthouse. Can we expect that the characters in this drama will be on crack like the previous dramas? Because I’m here for it lol

They’re freshmen in 2018 so they’re seniors and about to graduate now but I still think about this drama from time to time

It’s not uncommon for rich people to study music but usually it’s just a hobby and not everyone goes professional so I also find it unusual that the parents in this drama push their children so much to study music. I also find it hard to believe that each child does classical singing lol I can believe if there is some variety like some pursues piano or violin or cello but really? All of them can do classical singing? The air must be good up there in Hera palace that each kid have really strong lungs to belt out those high notes.

Might be an unpopular opinion but visual-wise Seok Hee and that arrogant prosecutor look better together than the main pairing lol

I watched her for the first time in Secret, and her character has just suffered so much that her eyes are sad and tired almost the entire drama that it feels like she’s not acting anymore, so I don’t mind her being loud and funny in her other dramas, she deserves to be happy lol. Would want to see her in a melodrama again tho

If I remember it correctly, she believes that her dad got out on his own and due to his dementia, wandered in the streets and got into an accident (?) but the true reason will be revealed in later episodes.

She should try cosplaying in real life

I can’t finish a single episode in one sitting. That’s how boring it is for me, even if I like Han So Hee. Ironically, I finished the webtoon in one sitting. I feel like to begin with, there is no enough content to stretch it to a drama with 10 one hour long episodes. That’s why it’s boring even if the casting and acting is perfect. This should have been a 2 hour movie instead.

@Hyunjini Really? Have you seen The World of The Married? I was impressed with her acting skills in that drama because she acted well along with the veteran actors in the industry.

Lol I think her sole purpose in the drama is verifying Kwang Mi’s hunch that Heo Yun Do is Park Tae Oh 😂😂
