Is there any BL here; a new season is out and I'm not sure... and if there isn't any, how good is it;…
i have only watched until ep 9.... so the best way to describe imo is that it is implied (based on dialogue, euphemisms and portrayal / reaction after any incident)... besides there are no female characters in the entire show lol.. i cudnt even see one female person..... perhaps the directors wanted to let us know that is BL without explicitly stating it as such..... given they could incur harsher governmental interference with broadcasting.
the old chairmen, his son, grandson and boocheon's mom are punished with varying prison sentences + pil joo too for 3 years.... male lead and female lead are not shown to have a happy ending but are in love (mixed with a some hate from female leads point of view) ..... boocheon and piljoo decide to become strangers as the ending scene depicts both are interviewing for chairmen position and cross paths with each other near the entrance of elevator and simply ignore (like strangers) each other.
Ending should have a more a kick imo lol... feel a little bit let down is all.
Great show! now we need nirvana in fire 3! Although final episodes are a bit drag, you can binge through it pretty fast. Only thing to improve could have had pingjing be more like grown up i guess (with make up and more number of clothes)... he still looks so lanky even towards to the end of the show which is similar to the beginning of the show.
but a little disappointed at the end.... not sad but just you know eh....maybe i am used to the hyped up endings with lots of twists etc...... i really wanted pil joo and boo cheon would become like brothers/ like good friends after some time but sad that they did not....although i liked the last scene where both ignore each other and also that they both tried for the ceo interview. i wish they ended their relationship on a better note though... but i understand each of their pains and not wanting to see each other as well.
Expected all the chairmen, president and the heo chuen and madam jang to get punished yipeee finally pil joos revenge succeeded! but was hoping for a more hyped up intense ending which would have been better! I mean we are after all here a for a drama and entertainment and stories that give off a "juicy gossip" kinda feeling.
Did not care so much about the romance aspect as it was kind of predictable... and i usually don't care about romance or the couple getting together plus the story was more about revenge and there was less of an emotional attachment for the audience to ship any of the three main leads given the romance aspect was very little

Great show! Very suspenseful with great story line and acting! Those who avoid this show bcs its a tragedy, just know and accept that that is genre.... but should still go ahead and watch it.... cannot miss this fabulous show :)

Remove the comedy tag lol... it is just simple story with pure action with noir elements
