I KNEW the two idiots will try to pull this off, dammit, dammit, dammit.
Right? We wanted the switch all along but not now. I really really hope we get a twist that saves Soo Hyun. May be Sun can take our Team A Lee. Just come out alive twins. That’s all I ask for.
I agree quite a bit. I loved ep 1-10, loved it too much! and then i feel so disconnected in the adult world. I…
It’s not a good sign if the drama is showing all Math genius to lose their mind or have other issues :) (his grandfather,, then daddy ends up with Alzheimer’s and now Lei Zhu has issues that get triggered by Math)
My thoughts after ep 14.....Well i was so so pumped up till ep 10 because the writer layed out our main characters…
I agree quite a bit. I loved ep 1-10, loved it too much! and then i feel so disconnected in the adult world. I even find Pei Zhi a bit creepy at times. Is he sick? because at times his expressions seem a bit off to me. I finished 15-16 and still feel the same.
Lol. Yes. They could have built up a tension and had a decent hug and kiss. I thought there would be a hug in the hospital when he comes to visit her. Nope. No kisses even at wedding.
does this lead actress not kiss in dramas? It's the second drama I've watched with her, and there's not even a…
I thought the same. Except faith I don’t remember her kissing in any dramas. I really would have liked a hug or kiss between the leads here. it surely was lacking.
What a pleasant surprise this drama turned out to be! It is true I started it for Roy, but by Ep 10 I am was completely hooked. The drama far exceeded my expectations. Who thought a drama about accounting and auditing could be so captivating? The drama was well written, beautifully shot, well directed and perfectly cast. Yes, there were some parts of the story which felt cliche but I didn’t mind since it was executed well and contributed to Na Na’s character growth.
What I liked about the drama was the fantastic characters. From the get go, you start rooting for Na Na. And it was such a joy to see her grow into a mature adult. She makes mistakes, she learns from them, she introspects and works to earn a name for herself. Vicky Chen - What a remarkable actress! She nailed this role and I really hope to see her in more projects soon.
And Gu Fei!! He just quietly supports her, guides her and mentors us. I thought I would be iffy about the romance, but nope. The two actors sold it to me. Never once crossing the line as her boss, Gu Fei navigated his feelings for her in a mature manner. Even his confession was so sweet giving her enough room to reject him. I absolutely loved Roy’s portrayal of Gu Fei. And boy, can this man be any more handsome in those gorgeous suits and blazers. Their interactions were a delight to watch.
GU and Na na’s relationship with Ms.Cheng was also done very well.
I did have some issues with Mom, but I also understand where she comes from. As a single mother, she did not blindly trust people and being loud was one way for her to defend herself. She was no pushover and neither was her daughter. The daughter and Mom have a lovely friendly and open relationship, which was refreshing.
Overall, 8.5/10 objectively. 10/10 for Roy in suits.
Thanks for clarifying

Just kidding. It was a good article. It’s always nice to see Taiwanese dramas/actors post here.
