Slow Burn
I watched this back in grade 11 and never got to review it so now looking back nearly 5 years later, I have a few thoughts. The show started off on a strong foot until you get to the marble game. All the events after that kinda felt lackluster. After Ali’s death, it was like no one knew what to do, he felt like an important character to the story.
After Sae-byeok’s death (I miss you wifey) they should’ve just ended it
Nah, I’m just kidding but the ending genuinely just felt out of place

Welcome to the Thanos world
I love this season so much. Instead of Gi-hun being silly like he was during S1, he’s actually taking it for real. This season was a good mixture of goofy and serious from Thanos to Jun-hee, they really did their big one with this.Thanos carried to be honest. Yeah, he was an asshole but he was funny with it while the rest of his team (aka Nam-gyu, his boyfriend) were just plain out mean, especially to Min-su.
It also would’ve been nice to have a story with Mina for a good chunk of S2.

Rushed Ending
I loved this season however, the ending felt extremely rushed and it also didn’t make much sense to me. I don’t get why there was a female recruiter at the end in an alleyway unless they’re making an American spin-off. Either way, I don’t think there should be any spin-offs, the original is good enough.I like that it’s an extension of the last season. They don’t mention her daughter a lot. I don’t get the ending part with 011 though. Mad that they killed two of my wives off :(
