I'm Brazilian too, but I can see a lot of sense. They don't use it in the literal sense of "tá bom", instead it means what it was shown in the comercial: a thumbs up. Cool stuff? Like it? Thumbs up! 따봉(ddabong)! It's common to see that resignifying in Korean, e.g. Konglish. It sounds like English, but has nothing to do with it besides some ~inspiration~
