I searched with the parts I'm dead sure inside quotation marks (to search exact matches) and I've found nothing, everything about that OST is a mystery

No idea... They usually release single EPs of OST as soon as it's featured in the drama and release a complete album when it ends, but that song has been playing forever and still no sign of anything...

That's the exact track everyone is trying to figure out to no avail... I don't think anyone is having difficult with any of the other tracks featured besides that one, they're all already well-known songs.

No one knows, there's no mention of this drama's OST anywhere, not even in Korean sites.
