That is too long to wait to see FC Actionista v. FC Giants, which was probably already played weeks ago. They…
They really need to be playing on a bigger field, and 28-32 minute games might eliminate the need for penalty shootouts.
Not sure what kind of limitations they have, but they should have a lot of control over format. Maybe add a 7th player to each team, for more subbing/injury coverage? For live game format, maybe they could have 2 (or 3?) games played per episode? Playing four quarters of 7 or 8 minutes per game, might leave time for commercials in between quarters, maybe they could put a small ad on screen near the score/in the corner during play for a minute, ads on the field's sideboards? They can adjust the # of games in the season, length of games, etc. to fit the broadcast format. Player/venue availability and cost may/may not be issues, Live broadcast would also end complaints about editing.
It would be cool to evolve from a variety show about soccer, into a little closer to a celebrity soccer league.
Why did 2 teams get new players as injury replacements, new players who immediately became the 1st or 2nd best player on the team? While FC Actionista has been playing all season without a sub?
