I like her too. But that's "popularity." This is a "best" list, and she is not near the level of the other choices on that list.

Shim Deok is probably drawn to Woo Jin b/c he is intelligent, inspirational, likes noodles, and looks a lot like Lee Jong-Suk. Ep.2 will probable develop them more, Ep. 1 was mostly setting the scene.

Kim Woo Jin was forced into an arranged marriage by his greedy father, then met his soulmate 5 years later. He was a victim of the times.
