At first I was worried this may be another weird drama following Dear Hyeri footsteps. The first 8 episodes were okay, but not until the last couple of episodes did it really became good imo. Those last two eps were total tear-jerkers that cause me a nonstop cry fest. So all in all ended great.
Seeing how young the child actress who played the sick kid is here made me realized this movie was made a while back, but I'm just watching it now π. Because I've seen the now grown up teen in the new Good Partner drama this year.
After the first episode I don't dare to continue watching this drama yet. Seems like a heavyweight requiring intense focus to appreciate it fully, which I have none of currently π. So I will save this for later.
SO GOOD!!!! I've seen countless dramas so far but this is the only one that got me pining for the next episode as soon as I finish one. So much that I keep rewatching the ones out again and again. Really knows how to drive me crazy this drama π. Currently taking up my #1 spot for all time fave.
Pleaaaasee, be good!!! π₯ΊRomcoms aren't in their best era lately, so, I'm really hoping this one does better…
Yeah in comparisson there's a lot of REALLY great Romance C Dramas lately. The only good Romance Kdrama lately is probably The Judge from Hell and Love Next Door before that. But personally even that doesn't compare to the multitude of great Cdramas currently out that keeps me pining for the next episode every time it's out. I started with Kdramas but Cdramas have made lighting speed progress in their qualities these days.
Yeahh.... Weird drama with a bunch of weird characters is all I gotta say about this. Probably the weirdest I've ever seen. But maybe it counts as something akin to an Indie movie, except it's a drama.
It's sort of understandable that Luo Mei's face is expressionless considering she's a general, but the Crown Prince MXL's face bothers me. Whatever state he's in he seem to always have this distasteful unpleasant looking face on him. When other actors act they either do it tastefully, or simply straightforwardly, but the way he does his just look ugly to me. I don't know what it is about that actor. Also he's supposedly in love with Luo Mei, but even when he's constantly professing his love to her I'm like, really? In no way do I believe that. There's no love to see or feel in that expression of his. I'm guessing Luo Mei doesn't feel it either. π€ͺ Hopefully she doesn't get swayed by all the things he's done for her, otherwise MJH will lose a potential ally in the future.
This is an interesting oddball of a drama. And its tagline should be the word "because". Because, I have never noticed anywhere else where that one single word is specifically said so often by all the characters.
