To be fair I liked all of his "potential love interests" and didn't root for anyone in particular (this is why I wasn't bothered by the ending... mostly). Yeah, they had their annoying sides but every human does something stupid from time to time.

Is the bromance stronger than romance?

There's almost no romance between ML and FL. Like, they are married so they sometimes spend time together but I wouldn't call it romance.
The relationship between two MLs though... It's more bROMANCE than BROmance.
