i really enjoyed my time watching this! first i thought we get a serious cdrama with aesthetics(trailers sure deceive you lmao) but then it turned into this fun as hell journey and i am not complaining lol BEST. time flew by, then it was over i need s2 😭

indianer jones-esque. a bit mediocre maybe cause i am not in the mood for these kind of movies rn idk. not really into morse code and all that but cast looked awesome and learned a litte bit more about wu ze tian so i guess not an entirely waste of time lol. also li xian with spectacles hello a very good choice 👏👏👏 (haven't seen the other adaptations)

this has like one of the most beautiful intros and song, not to mention the unique filming location, culture..but idkw i couldn't just connect, care about the story like i wanted to idk what it was.. pacing? characters? skipped a lot scenes. maybe if i start afresh? i really prolonged watching this over months never finishing it..i should have giving it more time
