Ok, my general thoughts on episode 7. This one was marginally better than episode 6. But still a huge disappointment. Everything got resolved too easily, everyone's a good guy now, it was all just a big misunderstanding and specific character traits are magically fixed. At least now I don't worry for episode 8.
About the whole drama - this had a lot of potential. Not that it was unique (it wasn't), but it was enjoyable and flowed well. Until the beach episode. Then it got unnecessarily dramatic just for the shock value. No tangible progression in sight. And since they ran out of time, it's just moving for the sake of plot. How they could take a story that's been done dozens of times and still mess it up is beyond me. Such a shame, really π
[Episode 7 notes - Just a heads up. This is mega ranty]
Then maybe TELL HIM that, Khluen? Just a thought.
Was the song (part 1, minute 5) written for Khabkhluen specifically, or was the character built around the song? π€
Oh, it's the OST. Nevermind, I'm stupid.
Exactly! A freaking mess. And apparently useless one, to boot. The penultimate episode curse hit too early.
Are you gonna one-day-date the girl now, Dao? πΆ
Good! I mean, not for her right now, but good for Nuea. And everyone else, in the long run.
But he could have told her in private, now that I think about it. If he were able to.
Phaphaeng is the most mature one out of them all π
Excuse me?! Daonuea IS hot hot! He just needs to work on his emotional stability π₯°
Dao, sweetie, you came back to Khluen. Let's take on your part of the responsibility. Otherwise, germany is still where you left it π€
"Don't overthink it" - More like START thinking about it rationally. I swear to Gods, the two of you are on opposite edges of the spectrum. One overthings too much and can't be bothered to actually speak out or act, while the other one is just rushing through stuff and being swept away without giving it any thought.
And we're back to cryptic Khluen. Seriously, dude! You can't expect Dao to decipher every single clue you nonchalantly sprinkle on him π
Don't you wanna think about it first, Dao? Just a little bit? Because right now, we're heading right towards the start of episode 6.
EFFING INCREDIBLE. I got interrupted by an ad as soon as Gia appeared. Let's hope it's worth it.
The reasoning is good, the writing really bad. Truly. Useless. Drama. You only have 8 episodes. No need to fill them with things like this.
So they're using Gia as Khluen's speaker. Could have worked better if it was more subtle.
Good match where, Gia?! I wish them all the best, naturally, but they aren't exactly predisposed to being fuctional together.
"He can't be with anyone else" - That's a little manipulative and doesn't really support the 'good match' theory.
And there he goes, being pushed around again.
No, please! No more misunderstandings π°π°π° Whoever's green-lighting those scripts needs to take a very long break.
Rak D(i)ao! The only one for him, according to Gia the Speaker π₯°
That's all it took.
This is way too easy.
Maybe reconsider the apology for Phoon. And also, just define your relationship already! This feels weird.
"Allowed others to speak for us" - they didn't ask for permissions, though.
Again. Don't promise what you can't deliver, Khluen. Unless you are magically changed.
Exactly, Dao! Make him work for it!! He hasn't even asked yet!!! (He just did)
Dao isn't giving him clear answers. That's odd.
Not cute, Khluen.
I actually like the dynamic between them! π Just not the route we took to get there.
Careful, his 'goodwill' came wrapped in a sexual harassment.
And that's the end. Looks like next episode should be just fluff, so all fixed I guess.
Congratulations! Or my condolences π₯Whatever feels more fitting π
I've finished it, but decided to stick with the comment section for ~2 more weeks. To see where it ends up once bingewatchers finish it (also, it's more light now that there's no upcoming episode π)
It's not just KP. I think most of us have a slew of good Saturday watches and we tend to leave CP for as late…
I'm stuck at the end of ep. 3 of ITSAY, since I got annoyed at the ML and still haven't got past it XD
For me, Y Destiny watched as a bad fanfic. I stopped after ep. 4 (MaxNat), because it just takes so long and there's nothing to push me into it πΆ I would have probably finished it if I watched it weekly during release. Might still get back to it some time in the future, but I don't care for it now tbh.
YYY was lighter than Y-Destiny, but similarly meaningless. Those are the kind of dramas I either watch during release or try to get through whenever I'm bored and there's nothing better going on.
The trailer for War of Y was so chaotic!! I couldn't even keep up with the subtitles π I'll give it a try when it starts, might enjoy it, but don't expect much. It reminds of Call It What You Want, but way more unhinged.
Love Class is one of those dramas that have only ~2 hours to tell their story, and still decide to have a "deep" premise with multiple subplots sprinkled on top of nothing much. In that regard, it's similar to Kissable Lips or Ocean Likes Me, if you've seen those. The overall plot is good, but gravely underdeveloped and the romance is sidelined. The ending is... a choice, to say the least. Should they give it two more hours or cut half of the plot lines, it could have been pretty great. Now it's just a forgettable meh. Still worth watching imo, but don't expect much. Thankfully, it's not exactly a major time investment. The movie version should be better, if they decide to make one (as was the case with every K-BL I've ever watched, subjectively).
I haven't seen Be Loved In House:I Do, either π°Is it good? Might make a space for those soon, since some dramas are ending and there isn't any new release I'm particularly interested in (that I know of). Is there something you're looking forward to releasing in June?

I'm with you on Triage and SIMM. Haven't tried Plus&Minus yet, it just didn't seem like my kind of thing. But I might look into it again, especially after I gave gems like "Ocean likes me" and "Love Class" a chance. I'm waiting for La Cuisine to end before I binge it.
Still working my way through Teddy Bear and Rak Diao. Gave up on Our Days and Y-Destiny. Rewatching LBC for god knows what reason, but it's working. Mr. Unlucky is my weekly serotonin boost and I don't want to even think about what happens after it ends π
Also, Gameboys 2 should be starting soon? I'm not sure if I plan to keep up with it, but it's an option if I get bored π
and if i say comparing love class to this is doing love class a dis-service like this is very bad
Both are releasing at the same time, with similar length and both had very weird endings. Also, I finished Love Class yesterday, so it's fresh on my mind.
But if I had to pick, I'll take Love Class any time of a day π

Honestly, I would wait one more week and binge it afterwards.
But also lowkey scared π¨
Hope they'll mamage to wrap up nicely.

It was either this, or something way more headache inducing π
But no, it's not just you. We're in this purgatory all together π
He's a bit dense, but that's all π
