I agree with Charmander16. There is no doubt that this is one of the better BL dramas I have seen. The acting…
"There are many examples of similar dreadful or avoidable twists in most movies, including keeping a boy in a cupboard under the stairs and not training him as a master wizard for 11 years!!"
The distinction I want to make is that these things are portrayed as BAD and despicable in their respective works (that I agree with). In Cutie Pie, it's portrayed as normal, romantic, or just a simple misunderstanding (you can add victim blaming to that list after ep. 11).
So, bottom line. Including toxic and problematic elements in your work is fine. Presenting them in a positive light is so not fine.
I think this series would have been better if they just make it a 3 part series, every couple has their own mini…
Star and Sky is going with this kind of format!!! And while I think multiple couples per show are fun when the couples are all different with somewhat equal screentime, it's better to separate them entirely if you can't manage balancing them imo π
Baby, no need to apologize. I mean, they never apologize for blaming the haters. The thing is, it's neither Kuea's…
I like to have as clean conscience as I can manage π
Of course we're right! Each one of us has 95 % accuracy. If the two of us agree on something, it's almost as good as set in stone π₯° /j (Or is it?)
Brave of you to assume they actually had a writer. For real. The "script" is a schrΓΆdinger's cat of Cutie Pie. (No kidding. I won't believe there's a script until I see it in its entirety. I would even buy it from Mandee. Reading all the different versions of said "script" chronologically would make for a very boring, and yet horrifying experience)
Honestly, we all know the 'joy' will be short-lived. I can already see how they'll go and "fix" it π
Shut up!!! π¨
I'm getting mentally prepared for season 2 focused on YiDiao. If they instead decide to make a LianKuea s2 and Naughty Babe spin-off (or to keep them together still), I have no hope of watching that. Ever.
Guess I'll just ignore it until a Nuer cut is out π
Aw Mike, this was a magical journey! I haven't seen the ep yet. One of my refrigerators dies this morning and…
I got thankfully distracted by something else, but thanks for the offer π
Might need it if next week's at least half as bad as I'm expecting it to be. (and we both know CP goes above and beyond our expectations in this regard π)
I'm looking forward to the roast!!! π
And enjoy your brunch. You deserve it π

(Also, Kuea doesn't need a curfew if he's not allowed outside unless Lian says so π€)
