I can't wait for episode 12!!!!!!!! hahahaha. Should I sleep or what??? haha I enjoyed episode 11's…
Haha. No, I don't. This is actually my first Hyungsik drama and I'm glad it is because I might not feel the same affection towards his character here had I seen him in Hwarang.
I also avoid looking actors up while watching the drama because finding out about their personal lives (and relationships) would ruin my ship. hehe.

HAHAHAHA. I don't even want to think about it. Haha.
Like you said in your comment, the kiss (and the cute moments) felt waaayy too short. I haven't even warmed up and it's already done! haha
And the kidnapping scene? Boy, it left me speechless. I wonder if this kind of plot is what gets Koreans to watch a drama or if the writer thinks the viewers are dimwitted.
With so many good dramas that came before this, I don't understand why Korea's entertainment industry still produces poorly-written and poorly-executed dramas like this.
Nevertheless, I'm still going to see this through because I love Min Hyuk's and Bong Soon's chemistry. ^_^ <3

I enjoyed episode 11's cute and sweet moments but it's still lacking something for me.
The feels are still quite not there yet. Maybe it's just me. I hope episode 12 will sweep me off my feet! ^_^ <3
I understand, why some (most?) of viewers think romance is quite slow in SWDBS. Yes, I would wish that they would…
I didn't realize I liked "slow romance" until I watched WFKBJ.
With SWDBS, I was actually disappointed when Min Hyuk had his eyes on Bong Soon at the onset of the drama (and even told his secretary that he thought Bong Soon was sexy). But I'm glad that he took it slow and waited for Bong Soon to like him.
P.S.
The best example of a "fast romance" that I can think of right now is that of Descendants of the Sun. I mean, they looked like they've been in love forever since the first episode. Like seriously. SMH
Dropped after 17 eps ! I wasn't able to distinguish between the actors HAHAHA ! and it was too boring for…
My sentiments exactly. I watched this drama because I was intrigued by the high rating and was curious why it ranks #2. Though I admit that I'm not used to watching dramas longer than 16 episodes, I was determined to finished all 54 episodes because I thought I might fall in love with it (or at least understand why it's a big hit) when I reach episode 45. But I already finished the drama and still don't get the hype. It's a good drama, but its a tad too slow for me.
I enjoyed this drama but I found it hard to emotionally connect with the characters. Intellectually, I understand the depth of Jingyan's and Lin Shu's friendship as well as their grief and desire to redress the old case but I need a solid flashback that would emotionally engage me with the characters and the situation.
NIF is a good drama, loved the bromance, but it somewhat lacked warmth and "fire".
Very well said.
I totally agree. I enjoyed the drama but found it hard to connect with the characters emotionally. I understand the depth of Jingyan's and Lin Shu's friendship as well as their grief and desire to redress the old case but I need a solid flashback that would emotionally engage me with the characters and the situation. And yes, it also took me a while to figure out the character relationships. It's a good drama but it lacks warmth and "fire", in my opinion.
I'm over the moon that this drama is so highly ranked like ahhhh~ this drama has a v v v special place in…
You're not alone. Everyone who falls in love with this drama feels the same. It's too easy to love and too hard to forget. It's more than special to many of us. :) <3
What an INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL drama! It's beautiful in every sense of the word.
I didn't expect anything from this drama but it completely swept me off my feet that days after finishing it, I'm still here, madly and deeply IN LOVE with it.
If you are hesitating to watch this drama, please drop your reservations and go watch it.
Let Weightlifting Kim Bok Joo surprise you, grow on you and maybe even blow your mind.
This drama is so warm, so pure, so genuine, so transparent, so honest and so beautiful that it will warm your heart and fill it with so much love, hope and positivity when you reach the end.
Before even finishing the first episode, I was already thinking of dropping this drama because it felt like I'd be wasting my time watching it. It just felt so plain, flat, and the romance felt forced. I finished the first episode feeling nothing. But I still continued watching and am now on episode 2. I want to finish this drama but it's too hard to watch. It's too "empty" in my opinion.
If not for the A-list casts, I don't think this drama would even get an 8.4 rating here and win over Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo in Korea. Seriously. SMH

His beautiful face is good-enough plot for me.

I agree. It's not quite there yet. I'm craving for more.
