god, I miss this drama. It's only been two days since I finished it and I'm distracting myself from watching it again. I'm afraid that if I watch it again, it might lose it's meaning in my heart. But, I watched the trailer again today and it seems more beautiful and heartwarming than the first time I saw it. I feel like this drama will age like fine wine; it will get better and more meaningful every time I re-watch it.
Im still watching it. (Only in ep 6) And i low key wonder what will it be like if his crush, the singer and the…
I mean, he adores the singer but he is not 100% head-over-heels in love with her. She is his celebrity crush but he would not go out of his way to attend her concert or fan meeting event if it conflicts with his schedule. So I believe it doesn't matter if the gamer were a different person. He fell in love with the gamer and it was a bonus (a BIG one, for that matter) that she was Liang Chen.
I seriously thought he died and that was why she was so upset. Then I found out he was alive and I was like what…
I mean, they portray her as someone extremely talented in music. The ex stole one song. I'm sure she could easily make a hundred songs that are better than the stolen song. I honestly wish they dug deeper into her story and showed us the details.
I would have chosen Lu Jing as well. Although I must admit that the age gap would scare me and make me think a hundred times (maybe even a thousand) before getting into a relationship with him. Lu Jing is the perfect combination of a young and fresh energy with a mature mentality. Though he still acts his age sometimes, he thinks like a real adult and is even more mature than Liang Chen in most situations.
This drama could use 10 more episodes, to be honest. I want to see more of the main couple and I want to learn more about the side characters' stories.
Lu Jing may be young (age-wise), but he is logical and he thinks maturely. His opinions about life make me forget that he is just 22 or 23 years old. Although he still acts his age sometimes, a part of me believes that he is capable of protecting Liang Chen and can take good care of her.
The actor who plays Lu Jing is so good that his acting makes me feel like I am Liang Chen whom he adores--which is crazy. Whenever he looks at her, I feel like I'm the one blushing and melting into a puddle. And can we talk about his kissing skills? Man, the boy can kiss! I just hate the fact that the FL can't/doesn't match his passionate kisses. Urgh!
Overall, this drama is a 9/10 for me. Just like what Lu Jing said, "Love is supposed to be simple and beautiful" and this drama is exactly that. Even the supporting characters grew on me. It's a beautiful, well-written drama that I am grateful to have come across.
P.S. The OST is fantastic. There's not one bad song on the playlist. Every song fits the scenes perfectly. I love them all! ^^
Well i didnt...for 0nce i found they kept a good pace...there was no need to skip, things moved in right pace...trust…
Wow. Your comment is gold! This makes me want to start watching Season 3 now! I'm about to finish Love Scenery so this one is next in line. By the way, did you rewatch the first two seasons before watching this? Thanks for leaving a comment! ^^
I decided to watch the trailer after reading some bad reviews because I needed to see for myself if they ruined my favorite historical Cdrama. But it doesn't seem like they did. It appears to have a similar vibe with Season 1 and 2, which I like. Well, only one way to find out. But I'm going to take the other reviewers' advice of watching the first two seasons before jumping into this. Though I'll probably skip a lot of scenes. 😊
Episode 24 I mean, how did he survive outside in freezing-cold temperature wearing thin clothing? Help me understand. I live in a tropical country so I don't know if people really are capable of staying out all night in COLD winter and not die.
I remember hating Ye Sha SO MUCH back in high school. Thinking about her smile and mannerisms still annoys me to this day. My favorite drama was ruined because of her. I almost dropped this drama back then because of how annoyed I was of her character. But of course I stayed because I loved the main cast.
It's not half as fun as the Korean movie Extreme Job, in my opinion. I watched this because they have a similar plot. However this one has more action and drama as well as a more serious tone compared to Extreme Job. I didn't LOL at all. There were some scenes that made me laugh a little, but nothing that made me burst out laughing. The ending (not the ending credit scene) was funny, though.
I've seen this movie before (a couple of times, if I'm not mistaken) but I decided to watch it again today.
For me, self-love and self-acceptance is the point of this movie. One will never be happy with their looks if they're not happy with themselves. Plastic surgery cannot inject self-confidence into a person -- she needs to do the inner work herself.
I believe that most, if not all, heavy-set people carry emotional and/or mental burden that manifests as extra body weight. The last thing they need is to be ridiculed because that only adds up to the emotional "weight". They need a safe environment (both externally and internally) to help them return to balance.
This looks fun. I'm a solid Meteor Garden 2001 and F4 Taiwan fan so remakes of this gem kind of annoy me. But the casts give off a refreshing vibe. Plus, since they're Thai, I would not feel like they are "copycats" because they look different. He he. Anyway, there's a high chance that I am going to watch this. ^^
