Gosh - this is the directorβs full length debut. Iβm wondering how heβs going to top this in the future.
Right? I was very impressed with the miniseries' he directed... "A Familiar Stranger" especially is a masterpiece. And full length dramas present so many new and different challenges, but he's absolutely killing it!
Better late than never. We've been camping here ogling over his gray hair and the spicy novel contents.
i guess i havenβt scrolled down far enough to see those comments π iβm not even watching yet (waiting for a confirmed HE lol) but he already has me in such a chokehold π
i'm a new(ish) EXO-L, and decided to start this to get to know the boys better π₯Ή can't believe i went all these years without knowing about them ππ
Well to be honest the novel ended on a good note but not the traditional type of happy ending because they already…
oh, hopefully it'll be a really good ending, then! i'd love to see more of their life after they get married and have a kid π₯² i'm so tired of starting dramas that have confirmed HE in their novels, and being blindsided by plot changes/bad writing in the drama ππ
Someone said in the comments yesterday that during interview leads hinted that it is HE. But than most lead say…
i really hope they're right!! i don't trust anyone until i've seen the ending for myself π i know the Kill Me, Love Me novel had a happy ending, and that ending destroyed me π they'd better do this one justice!
i'm waiting for a confirmed HE before starting this one (this year has been BRUTAL π), but i'm so happy people are enjoying it so far! i've always loved Li Yun Rui in his supporting roles, and i'm thrilled he's getting lead roles with a solid script. from the clips i've seen, the storytelling is good, the acting is phenomenal (i've already cried over this show lmao), and the chemistry??? whooo boy, burn the house down π₯π₯ fingers crossed the plot stays solid and they get a well-deserved happy ending!
I am so excited for this! It feels like it's been forever since season 1 aired ππ Such a fantastic cast, and the first season was SO good! Can't wait!
The fact that the main leads are married irl make this ending a little better.
I agree 100%. The movie is so beautiful (but so painful) - but the happy ending irl helps remind me the real people are alive and well, despite all my tears. :')
Welp............. Ig his LYN's streak did not end, and Lusi had her first drama thats not a HE
UGHHHH. thanks for the update! this is why i won't watch cdramas while they're airing ever again π i'm so tired of LYN dying in his dramas lmao π
βparticularly Cheng Yi, whose acting skills have been criticized by Chinese netizens, many of whom believe he…
My thoughts exactly. π I've only ever seen people say he's beloved for his incredible acting, despite not being "traditionally" attractive... which is insane to me, too. He's not "pretty boy" attractive, but he's very handsome, in my opinion. He has the most expressive eyes and conveys every minute emotion with skill I've rarely seen amongst A-Lister actors.
People may debate how attractive he is, but nobody can deny his skill when it comes to acting.
this better be the drama that ends LYN's death streak... i'm so sick of falling in love with his shows and characters and then watching him die. ππ AJTL destroyed me, and i refuse to start this one until it's finished with a confirmed HE lmao. but it looks sooo good, i'm waiting impatiently π
I really want to watch this, but I already know how it ends and don't know if I can handle it... ππ Such a brilliant cast, though, and I know the plot is exemplary! Ugh.
after being burned one too many times, i'm refusing to start dramas until they're done airing β buuut now that i know this is a good one, i can start it... and i CANNOT wait ππ
this lakorn is so damn good, i can't even function rn. anong and wichai's chemistry is insane, and i love how their relationship is developing in a realistic way. these two actually have me blushing and giggling while watching their scenes β and that's so rare for me lol π€
everyone getting so mad at wichai last ep had me laughing tbh. this show keeps reminding us that they're simply human. wichai is a very kind and selfless man, but he isn't perfect. he has a lot of trauma, and i'm glad they showed us that side of him. a lot of what he said to anong wasn't right or true, but it humanized him in an emotional, raw way that i think was very needed for their relationship progression. neither of them are perfect, but they both care very deeply for the ones they love β and that's why they work so well together. β₯
