my mind says dai would be better off with someone like ikuo but my heart says dai belongs to shun. i wonder why dai fell so hard for shun (he is beautiful of course but what else?). but i guess the heart wants what it wants. it was such a rollercoaster ride, constant ups and downs, and finally the "i love you" at the end.
the other guys were such great guys. i wanted to see kazuto to give ryota a chance. i feel bad for ryota, he is such a good-looking guy but he lacks confidence. kazuto is a catch, no wonder he was so popular with the other guys. i misjudged dai and alan at the beginning, they seemed like a player but turned out to be such sweethearts.
This is the best one i've seen this year. it's melancholic yet beautiful. nakazawa motoki was brilliant in ep 4 and 5. i could feel his pain. also he kinda looks like zhang linghe.

i hoped to see some kind of effort from FL's side for once. it was just exhausting to see only ML trying to salvage and fight for their relationship whereas the FL remained cold even after the misunderstanding was cleared up. i love ZLH and he has so much potential. i don't know why he took this role.

oh thank goodness i stopped watching it. it was giving me too much headache. i disliked the FL so much so that i even started disliking the actress who plays it. this drama is not good for my mental health.
i've already dropped this drama but i was wondering if anyone who has read the novel can tell me if there is any scenario in the future where pwx actually grows a backbone and leaves the princess and now it's her turn to do the pursuing.
as much as i love zlh, im dropping this one mid ep 14. when i watch a drama, i want to root for the characters, i want to see them progress and accomplish their goals at the end. i don't feel that with the characters in this show. i don't even know what pwx wants, what his ultimate goal is other than simping over the princess (agh she is so unlikeable!). i have to say that zlh is getting so much better with each drama. you can see how comfortable and natural his acting is in this drama.
im so confused with this drama. i thought after that confession scene in ep 11, finally there would be some progress in their love story. but after finishing ep 13 it looks like nothing has changed. it's as if that scene did not happen. and the political stuff is hard to follow.
