Forgot to give a favourite strong female lead; not a drama or a romcom, but "Dark Water". Yoshimi was absolutely STUNNING and to be honest, even during her least strong times, I think she did absolutely amazing considering everything that was going on around her, she could have been much "weaker" in those periods but still did her best
Ahhhh, I loved this! I admit, I struggle getting into dramas quite a bit because I find Strong Female Lead is so varied and a few of the more common portrayals put me off quite a bit. Definitely going to try and take a look into some of these and hopefully break the cycle and find some new dramas to love ^^ (Absolutely brilliant writing bub, brilliant x)
This! Speaking of crime does anyone else find it weird that people don't care if you watch crime which has higher…
I would think so. Same way when like epidemics start (corona, shootings, etc) at first, we're very proactive constantly checking the news, etc but now it's like ah yeah that's happening I almost forgot
This! Speaking of crime does anyone else find it weird that people don't care if you watch crime which has higher…
I know some people view it as watching that stuff is good in a way bc you're protecting yourself against potential crime (ie, if you watch smthg about a serial killer sneaking in through open windows, you make more of an effort to lock your windows) but that same argument could be applied to horror as well, so I don't fully understand that argument either. Possibly as well as societies, we are more de-sensitized to more real life crime than horror movie crime so it's not really a "woah what the hell" thing, possibly?
I honestly don't believe condemning cheating and illicit affairs by public figures online can be considered cyber…
I wouldn't say its a case of "not sharing opinion" i think its more in the manner it's being shared. If it's being shared to cause harm ie "I want this person to feel bad" I think that's what courts are using now in cases. Bc you can say "wow that's rly sht" and not be being cruel or you can say "wow he's a cnt" which can be emotionally damaging, as well, is where the courts are ruling now (this is assumption, I do have to check this one)

You can feel bad about both... I've felt bad about mistakes which weren't let go for months even after I accepted I did wrong and made amends (no, not cheating and I'd rather not share) and the continuous backlash made everything worse and lead to me having to leave the internet for 4 months because no one would let me grow and learn as a human so, no, it's not hypocritical.
He could have already felt terrible and bad before this all came to light, and was working to make amends with both women, if that's the case (and this is hypothetical), how do you think he feels now everyone's dragging him, calling him names, I've seen some people say that he should d*e for this. If he's already accepted the mistake and is learning from it and doing his best to make amends, truly how do you think he's going to feel in that situation.

It was a while back (like mid last year? I'll see if I can find it but I don't know if I can, I'll look for about half an hour but past that if I can't find it then, I won't look for longer) It's a case of since the severe anti behaviour causing literal suicides in idols companies aren't taking it. Imagine if the comments here and else where constantly calling him a piece of shit and other the like cause him severe depression. How are we any better? We can express disgust and condemn the behaviour without being cruel about it. If the comment was about you, how would you feel? That's how I look at it. You can condemn without risk causing severe after effects for the condemned - also if this is the case and he did end up doing something severe because of the backlash, he's now a victim of bullying, which makes things harder on his children and wife. It's all interconnected

Someone in America saying "lol hope this guy leaves his group" on their own Twitter to get 2 likes and be sued by the Chinese artist in question, no where near their social media is exactly what I'm talking about. They were sued for cyber bullying and had to pay out around $500k to the artists. Asian companies aren't messing around after the last few years

Comments on lesser sites with lesser intent than "pos hope he dies" have been legally sued on counts of cyber bullying and defamation, so yes, these can be classed. I don't mean the general "oh that's not right" I mean the "what a c*nt" etc comments. And yes, these can hold up in a court of law. People have been successfully sued for less, including one anti fan who only ever wrote "this guys music sucks what a pos lol" having to pay back over half a million to the artist for cyber bullying and defamation
I guessed who was going to die, in which order, the ending scene, the dude being a dick on the train and who was going to survive in about the first 20-30 minutes. If it was a "lesser" film, ie not a blockbuster on the size it was that would have been fine but for a film of its level to be so guessable That early in a film isn't right imo. It's a good film, I give it that but for the level of film it is it doesn't sit right with me. The acting and sfx were amazing but the dirs and writers just let it down on that aspect for me a lot
You're welcome ^^
If you ever wanna watch it, just holler me, I'll gladly set up a watch together so you're not alone :')

And no, I'm not defending his actions.
