It has flaws, but not as bad as some are making it out to be. Some just want to be this way to be mean and some just have an agenda. But for real the acting and performances by the cast here is excellent and is carrying this rare 16 episode kdrama! Anyways, a visceral reaction, is still a reaction.
I'm also sick of the comparison to other drama, literally a 5-7% drama on tvn is considered a hit, so stop saying the ratings here are mid. It has exceeded all our expectations on that front of things.

Since he had chemo, fertility preservation might have been an option and that means any pregnancy would be planned for a while and not an accidental situation. But he was young and may have recovered his fertility within 5yrs of remission, so they could also still have the option for natural pregnancy. Regardless, she's denied the pregnancy, but they probably will be planning.

It was to be comedic and also to highlight how they are not operating as a true team yet, that respects each persons' new position within the company. By ep10 you will see the purpose of the visit, they are a team/family of sorts now.
