Exactly that. It was a real master-pupil moment but harder to recognize without the inner voice from part 1. It…
Yes, a beautiful master-pupil moment (rather than that of lovers)
@Scarlet articulated it so nicely. πŸ₯Ί

Yes, such a good line. We know with this show, need to read between the lines.
*sigh*, wish the fans weren't so but hurt by the reveal and appreciate it for what it was.

The comparison between seo yul's reaction and jang uk's reaction is so not right. Seo yul's reaction with that…
WORD. It seems fans wanted them falling to their knees and wanting a passionate confession and embrace. The minute he knew, they wanted him running to her because that's what he did in ep3. This would've been nice but soo cheesy and not fitting for the current battle situation. They wanted the, "Is it really you, how could you hurt me, i've missed you etc'

He has so much responsibility, and anguish over which path to take, Park Jin's words are foreshadowing, 'too much for a human to handle,' its all weighing on him, the responsibility. So I understood the need to play ignorant, being ignorant for as long as he can, so as to shirk his responsibilities and to spend some time with her later.

Reveal of naksu to uk was underwhelming to me ! I mean compare this with the scene where seo yul finds out naksu…
I think because they waited so long for the reveal, and they were in the thick of battle when it happened. It wasn't MORE. There was no sobbing for either which I kind of wanted. But I still liked it.

can we really say it's a completely happy ending story when Park Jin and Kim Doju died ??jang uk's mother and…
Exactly. Its overkill, it won't be happy with this, it will be bittersweet. Happiness at what cost.

I've not watched it, can you tell me what the ending was please? And were you blindsided or did you expect it?
Finger's crossed AOS doesn't end up on that list ffs.

So Jang Uk about to stab Yeong then? πŸ₯ΊπŸ˜πŸ˜‚
oooooh I like that too, esp since everything has been reverse parallels.
But she's also maybe the fire bird tho.

LOL. I'm getting more Romeo and Juliet vibes, die together, stab each other/jump in the lake together. 😩

Omg that's absolutely shit. How disappointing. And sounds like a crappy 'open ending.'

This episode 9 felt so rushed! Especially after all the waiting for the big revelation to UK which was just so…
It was always going to be rushed with 10 episodes. Not everyone will be happy.

... the actor who plays Park Jin chose his character's favorite quote from ep. 10 - flashback or are the coffins…
Not a ruse, they will have dual flashbacks - wedding/wedding night on one side for UkYeong and the 3 others dying on the other side of the flashbacks. 😭
