-- Vegas has to live with the fact that he once broke the man he loves, he has to remember everyday that he put Pete through unimaginable pain and left permanent scars on him yet he chose him. He abandoned everything else and put Vegas above it all, he even took care of him and his little brother when he was most vulnerable, he killed an ex-colleague for him, PETE did EVERYTHING for Vegas.

So now for the rest of his life, Vegas will have to live knowing that the person who loves him the most is the same one who he has hurt the most. And that torment will be gnawing at his heart for as long as he breathes.
