He did revoke his submission due to kinn's jealousy in episode 7 but it was in a bratty manner from my perspective. To me it's all in the body language. He is not moving towards Kinn in a domineering stance he shifts down as if he's trying to become small, nearly curling into the air but he is using his words to attack kinn who is obviously asserting his power by the way he pins him to the sink.
Kinn called him a whore and that immediately created a power imbalance because although his vulnerability goes out to kinn that does not mean he is willing to be humiliated. Yes, there are some submissives that do enjoy that but it is a subcategory.
We also see kinn's dominance when he DEMANDED for a hug instead of ASKING and of course the infamous beckoning that can't go unnoticed, it had Porsche crawling.
