i think that the siren title /plot device is underused in this drama. i understand that she’s so alluring to these men that it’s like she is a siren, but isn’t there something else?
the last 15 minutes were better (scarier) than the movie as a whole. good tension building and use of sound effects/silence. but pooly written characters and unconvincing dynamics between the siblings. imo it’s an enjoyable film to watch at night in spite of it ~ 6/10 :)
Let's be honest this was her best after snowdrop, and she's gotten better than before. This is not oscar or emmy…
Girl, be for real. You replied directly under my comment, so of course I asked if you meant me. I just clarified. I do not allow for personal attacks so don’t try me, though :)
Also, who do you think you are telling me to refrain from sharing my opinion? A quick scroll through your profile shows you mostly review Netflix dramas, so do you really think you’re the opinion police of the internet? I don’t even mingle in K‑pop fan fights, but you and others jumped under my comment just because I gave criticism on MDL. It’s okay to discuss but you teenagers get snarky at the first sign of criticism of your idols. If it annoys you that someone doesn’t praise a K‑drama on MDL, maybe you should just log off and move on. Anyway, I’ve said my piece, you can drop it now.

Blindy hating? You’re writing this under my comment, so do you mean I did that? lmao. Since when is saying “needs improvement” blind hate?
Conflating critique with malice is intellectual dishonesty. This platform is for asian drama discussions, opinions and reviews, not K-pop safespaces. Her performance lacked conviction, she’s hardly the only idol who doesn’t act convincingly, far from it...

Yeah? It’s my comment: obviously it’s my opinion. With about 15 years of kdrama watching, I don’t need a disclaimer. Your reading comprehension isn’t my responsibility.
i had so much fun watching this over the last few weeks. episode 10 was a tearjerker! overall happy with the outcome. the contestants were all interesting and i learned new things! i hope they make a season 2 ✨✌️
theyre both so gorgeous. i swooned so much during this drama. only eps that felt a bit long were the eps 24 to 26 (family drama and sad long scenes...was here for good vibes and healing romance moslty) but i still enjoyed it nonetheless and watched it over 10 days or so. i really enjoyed it. 9/10 !
i watched this movie 2 times in 3 days… and i need a rewatch. the cinematography is really good. incredible shots. great plot. great acting of course. a 10/10 in my book (maybe a bit biased im a fan of PCW)
so far it s very interesting and entertaining. i pause and try my luck with my intuition lol - got the lottery guy right! before they revealed the guesses. (but i thought #1 with the glasses was the one struck by lightning. strange.
