- So the king kinda had a hunch about how his mother was plotted against and harmed from the very first episodes, and the entire story is about other dudes trying to feed him that other milligram of info/evidence so that he can get super angry? Woah, PhD-level plot right there my man/girl author 😂 (plan B is fine, but this plan A is ...) - Does this king have any clues about anything at all? Other than having a supposedly really good taste bud? 🤣 Looking at his face asking "why, really, why, etc." questions around, especially to FL, might make us question the survivability of the country at that time. Let's not even talk about any more complex problem-solving skills or plotting/scheming (what a king needs).

Yeah it seems everyone is curious to know how he (their team) survived that train game in such a (seemingly) easy way. Kinda sad, it should have been shown instead of the other pretentious emotional BS. After all, this is a survival show - viewers want to watch more of the - well, survival stuff. To avoid duplication, maybe just show what the method is.

Not talking about the micro-macro-nano-whatever-the-f-cheating stuff, the script about her returning is just plain obtuse. What kind of wife doesn't share her feelings with her husband like that? You might argue she's very understanding and don't want to involve Arisu in her troubles and all that stuff, but it's just plain obtuse. Always share with family, girl! Else what are they for? There are just various other ways to do the script, this is just out of nowhere and ... bad. Anyway, survival shows are always fine to me, just feel they could have done better and don't be such cash grabbers.

For more info, go on yt and search for clips like "things you missed" or "hidden meaning" etc. That'd prove more useful than staying here arguing with bot-like children that won't accept others' opinions. Didn't read the webtoon so I'll express my opinion based on what I have watched: This S2 is totally anti-climatic and uh, weak (cough 🤣) compared to S1. For example, in S1: - In ep 1, we can 100% feel ML's rage when he beat that guy. He just wanted to be left alone, and the guy wouldn't let him!!! - In final eps, again we can feel ML's raging rage (and sorrow etc.) when he hunted for that MMA guy. When he smashed the weight on that guy's foot, it's no joke too. Awesome depiction. In this S2, everything gives off a feeling of ... done in a half-assed manner. Like, hey oh it's another cool fight. Ok cool bro. Another ep, another ... ok-to-watch .. fight? Final fight leaves not that big an impression too. (Even as someone said, 2 vs 1. And we can't feel the "fire" needed in those moments, like the 2 instances I listed above.) You might say it's because of the story - we can't force a sad reason (like Su Ho's situation). Well, that's what makes a film good or bad too, so my opinion is that it's not good.. Still somewhat ok, but can't live up to S1. (Rating is another story 😂)
Good series overall (might even be worth a rewatch), but of course, there are plot holes and it also lacks depth too. But it serves as a fun, light watch (though it has action scenes) Some observations: - Missed chances for Ye Na - student council pres. There could have been more romance built around her. It'd require more eps too, of course. But maybe that might just lead to more misunderstanding and mess the script. I just feel bad that she had so little screentime and lines (she's very pretty 🥰, but it seems she's at her early stage of learning to act, tbh.) I know people can get really anti-romance in these genres but I'm kinda interested in the whole interaction of ML, Yoo Jeong and her. - FL has had a few main roles (I liked her in My Perfect Stranger too), but it seems she's still mostly suited to cutesy roles (with maybe less depth??) But that's a little bit overanalyzing. - Some "comedic" moments with the teammates were totally over-exaggerated 😅 Like, what agents would be that kinda noob and careless? But again, it's a nitpick thing.

About the Arab thingy, yeah, it's kinda disrespectful of the director/scriptwriter to have not done research or preparation around that (as I heard, Indian actor for that role, oh dear...) Some Korean movie makers are just like that. I have also seen many movies where they showed quite a condescending tone to other countries. Let's just ignore that and watch the drama.

Although there are also too many tropes/cheesy stuffs but it's ok to spend some time watching (some scenes are just too much so of course I fast forwarded).

Well, a good series, but.... not to be taken seriously 🤣 As I mentioned in some previous comments, jumping out of the windows from the 4th floor in earlier episodes and then in episode 10, he basically became SUPERMAN himself by flying around (while having serious injury in his leg), so ... yeah, don't think about it too much. (I understand it's a webtoon and secret techniques are cool and all, but physics rules and common sense are there for a reason 😂) TBH, went a bit downhill from ep 7.
