The only thing Iāll add is regarding GJās mother and stepfather, sometimes reconciliation, the first step, isnāt pretty or peaceful.š«¤
They both had a lot of feelings to get out. I think this is the first time the stepfather showed any emotion āfightingā with his ex-wife. (or did she not turn in the divorce papers?) š¤
If they still love each other this is a start. Though why she loves him is a mystery to me! š«£

Like @Aymen said these dramas are made for the domestic āmiddle aged married womenā audience first. Definitely not made for the more western international audience. These shows have more traditional Korean family values. (Just my thoughts.)š«£
