The timing is a bit off considering everything that GJ went through, but she admitted that she has feelings for him. That was the second (on the lips) kiss for GJ from DR in 24 hours.
Maybe she was “shy” or embarrassed and wanted to postpone the “real” kiss, but sometimes like GJ even said waiting makes things awkward.

I know it was discuss before, I agree with you, what GJ did may have not been legally correct… But in every other sense, most juries would side with him paying a fine or the cost of the MBA, but keep his job.
I think if it was any other chairperson and the department director was doing a good job, they could have worked it out. Punish not banish. 🤔

Honestly there were some good parts and characters, but the FL’s mother: Ugh!
And honestly the last 4 episodes were the pits that undid all the growth that FL had - imho.

He (TU) changed so radically in a short time!
None of these characters are perfect, but if there’s a scale of it:
GJ=9.9 close to perfect

TU= 1.0 closest to imperfect*
*After he found out who his biological parents are/was, before he I guess okay.
