The Queen's Busy Off-Day Even on Holidays | Ham Eun-jung EP.10https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aiwwFHOTAuw
I’m not sure what I expected and I’m sure it’s a nice place, but I expected a fancier condo / building.
Did she say from the 60th to 70th floor on the stairs? The staircase looked small for the number of floors, but I she gets credit for getting out and exercising!!!
its so obvious that lucia will grab and save seri on the rooftop . she is just a click away to get in the chairman…
When Lucia & SR we’re in the ocean my thought was this is probably the first time an adult showed her any care that wasn’t tied to money or power. Yes of course there’s no love for SR but I agree with you she wouldn’t kill her either. And it was the Min adults and their lawyer that destroyed MS so totally that she didn’t see a way to rebuild. 😟
GC isn’t just enigmatic—she’s emotionally engineered for control, and her extremes aren’t random. They’re…
If GC was a real person this essay could provide a road map on what to fix in her life to be happier, though to her she probably does not see anything that needs fixing.
It would have been a perfect time for GC to tell SR the truth of her mother… except GC isn’t entirely human…
Yes, I’ll correct that - thank you! And SR seems almost like a different person since MS’s death. As you point out freedom & money could have the biggest impact.
I LOVE ep 42!!!! The twist is soooooo good!!!!! I was smiles from ear to ear as Lucia ran into the sea LOL I think…
It would have been a perfect time for GC to tell SR the truth of her mother… except GC isn’t entirely human at all! GC is a monster - was without Love or consequences… created by the Min family values 😥
This is a beautifully written very sad truth!Speaking of sadly unalive, there was another KDrama star that died…
I truly appreciate the knowledge you share beautifully packaged in well written sentences. (sorry not as well stated as you, I wanted it to sound better)
After I read this very insightful piece about culture , philosophy and people the thought that struck me is maybe Gene Roddenberry based the Star Trek’s Klingon culture on parts of this one? >> Honor, suffering, generational traumas… 😮
After finishing the drama, it quickly turned into something like Penthouse in the second half lol. Even though…
I watched this when it was being broadcast. And enjoy it.
Your comments though really do ring true.
As I rewatch, I find the ML was really horrible to the FL. I could not imagine my former wife tolerating any of his behaviors. Of course the relationship and their feelings changed by the middle episodes.
Then the last episode, what spouse would tolerate their spouse “disappearing” with no explanation? I’d be really upset off my wife was gone for an day without any explanation. While an adult may not need permission but if you value the relationship there should be communication & understanding.
Just my thoughts as I watched I really disliked the ML more than the first time around.
If you have any thoughts please share if you’d like.
Naming what many whisper about but rarely confront head-on: the unbearable weight of trauma, the failure of systems,…
This is a beautifully written very sad truth!
Speaking of sadly unalive, there was another KDrama star that died a day ago - I believe by suicide after driving under the influence.
I don’t know the details but for all the unique and interesting things in the SK society - forgiveness isn’t or does not seem to be apart of its culture. 😥
🤣

GM equates money and success with love (like his mother).
I think he believes if he had money YG would want him back.
To me she had not been shown to be money focused (as a doctor she had an income).
He still hadn’t understood that he is a wife/spouse abuser.
I think even in SK men can get into legal trouble for that… she never chose to punish him for that.
JI lost her child (for real) while trying to protect her.
If she goes back to him, more than sending a get well card, whatever happens is her fault from that point. 😡

Good grief!
Just when things were getting…
A dabble of innuendo, but we’ll see if anything happens before the midpoint…🫣
