If she was in a boarding school or some other program as a minor in another country, how did she not face any consequences that you mentioned? Was she living in her own in Canada or the US… then if she was unsupervised that explains a lot.
I said boarding school because that’s what I thought she was in, but her behavior was uncontrollable so KC just “fixed” the issue with $$ ash’s moved her?

Also originally I thought she was a product of the chairman having an affair with her biological mother. However it’s been alluded to that is not the case and someone else is her mother (I don’t want to give it away here) so she should before the chairman is her estranged, but bio father right?

Often it may not be the right context for the translation, but if you pause & reread the lines before it… You can figure it out.

I agree, though I’m not sure of the history but did the chairman’s older 3 children grow up with him in a home with parents? That could be a big factor why they know about consequences. SeRi grow up away from home in a boarding school (maybe that’s an old term) with no prenatal oversight. And when she got in trouble doing something wrong it illegal her big sister fixed it, even though KC knows about consequences. She’s not trying to instill any lessons (in SR) that she learned growing up. Also, I’m sure this is related to Kdrama super rich but they don’t want their children to learn right from wrong. Or have any integrity. Or morals.I grew up where telling the truth was valued & expected. In this show it’s definitely the opposite at least for the rich family. Finally, there chairman said to KC that if you have to knock someone down, make sure they don’t get up - talking about the girl SR assaulted. So even his value system is skewed away from honesty & integrity. Buying his way out of natural consequences. Sorry this is so long, so much for a quick reply?!? 🫣

I think that theory may be right!
Yes it was horrible the assault she went through, but suicide had to be worse and even harder for the people left after their loved one ends their life.
And I think SK has one of the highest rates. So with suicide and bullying issues…. The daughter would do better to get some therapy for her mental health! And maybe the family as well!

At least with her approach.
She has no power or money, so she needs to use stealth 🥷 and discretion.
She should not tell anyone what she’s doing. And maybe tell the evil family that she’s not going to pursue this further.
