Title One Spring Night Spoiler
I am watching this kdrama for the second time. That tells you how much I really loved it because there are so many others on my wishlist that I have not seen yet. On my first watch, I watched it from the perspective of the female and male leads. Their love was all that mattered. This time around I am finding myself feeling bad for the female lead’s ex-boyfriend., especially in the early episodes. I understand that “your heart wants what it wants” and you have no control over who you love but she was not truly honest with her ex. Even if she was confused about her feelings, she should have told him this. When he asked if there was someone else, she said no but she was being dishonest to him and herself. When he asks her why she wants to breakup she said there does not have to be a reason. The reality is that she has fallen out of love with him, if she ever really loved him. It would have been more understandable to have said I need more emotionally and you cannot give that to me. She really made a fool out of her ex. In order to be cheering the leads on, they paint the ex later on as a guy who cannot lose and it is all about his pride but the ending where he is on the date with his father’s choice, you can see regret and sadness. I truly believe he loved her.

I do not understand why this is only rated 8.1. I’ve watched episodes 1-6 and think the acting and storyline are fantastic. Unless it does a major nosedive with the remaining episodes, it should be rated at least a 9.

Title I Hear Your Voice Spoiler
Was it a good kdrama? Yes. Was it as spectacular as the reviews I read? No. Without giving anything away, I really believe the ending was done beautifully. That says a lot because I have watched so many wonderful kdramas where the ending was so disappointing or poorly done. It was an honest ending. My disappointment was the love choice. I tried, I really tried to be open minded but just could not fathom it. I understood their connection with trust and loyalty but love was a bit hard for me to envision. My choice would have been different, so I scratched my head a couple of times throughout. Lol.

I just finished it and I thought it was worth every single episode.
Sometimes I get tired of the new dramas and look at some older ones. Lol. I was not only responding to your comment but others as well about it being too long and how the last 5 episodes were a waste. It never entered my mind to look at the date of your comment lol. Thanks for the heads up.

Real love is kind. This relationship was anything but. It is exactly what she said towards the end. She knows she will not be happy with him but chooses him anyway. A genius she is not!

Title Nevertheless, Spoiler
I cannot believe I wasted time on this kdrama! JE was emotionally abusive. Period. Na-bi was in it for the attraction, which does not say much, since she was attracted to an abuser, the forbidden. Attraction is not a miracle. Typical scenario of a girl thinking only she can change a bad boy. When faced with real adult choices, she chooses the abuser. There are no lessons learned or character development throughout when it comes to the leads. I thank goodness for all the other characters in this kdrama that showed everything the lead characters lacked. Only because of the side characters can I barely give this a 7. Ugh what a waste of time.

I’m enjoying this kdrama but am I the only one who thinks this kid is so annoying? He cries constantly without a single tear! I have seen a number of kdramas with children actors and he has to be the absolute worst. I love the leads and plan to stay with it but I’m only on episode 5 and feel like I’m going crazy every time he is whining, crying and disobeying his father.

hmmm, make sure you comment when you get to the episodes with Mia.
Spoiler alert, sort of...So I come here to hang my head in shame. I was wrong! I hate being wrong so much but at least I’m honest, lol. The long lost sister is NOT Miya.

I’m on episode 16 and think this cdrama is way too long! It could all have been wrapped up in the 16 episodes. I think we all know who the long lost sister is. I think it is Miya of SLC. I think it is so obvious and if I’m wrong I’ll admit it and hang my head in shame, lol. The clothing is beautiful unlike in cdramas like Go, Go Squid where the female lead wore disgusting, ridiculous, unflattering outfits throughout the drama. I am going to try to carry on with this cdrama but it is starting to get on my nerves.
