I totally understand you and I really liked HT in the novel and everything that you said I have felt. However, I told myself that sometimes they don’t adapt closely to the novel because it’s hard to portray these things and it’s sometimes boring onscreen. For Example, RTH, 7’s drama was based on a novel and they Adopted the novel to drama very closely to the T, and I really enjoyed the novel but watching it onscreen was kind of boring. I just hope HT doesn’t end up like his previous character in bce then I’m good

Yesss, I really wanted this to be renacted in the drama, so when they both said I love yous so quickly I was kind of like wth.

I don't think he was at the level of loving her, more like fond feelings and crushing on her like admiring her and wanting her to be his gf, but bc he left there was no opportunity. I wouldn't think he still had that feeling for over a decade, it's more like those fond feelings resurfaced after meeting her again.

Unpopular opinion, but I do somewhat feel bad for ZD in that she really does love HT, more so than JX (at least at this point in time), and it must've really hurt her to have the man she's in love with forever to out right reject her. She really gave up herself to aid in HT and be with him meaning going to Germany to be with him and starting up a compnay based on what can help him. I don't think JX would do that for HT, she's the type to put herself first meaning she won't give up her autonomy, identity, family, values, moral and ideals for a man. I respect that and I think girls should be like her too like don't give up everything for a guy.

JX and HT already confessed to each other that they love each other after about a week of being together. I'm surprised JX felt that way so quickly for HT, like for HT since they changed it up that he had feelings for her back in uni days, then sure we can go with that. They never said I like you or I love you in the novel, it was not until about a year in their relationship on the night of their break up that JX indirectly confessed she loved him.

WQZ and YC getting married. I think that's so quick, like a month or two together and they want to get married? WQZ, sure since she was crushing on him way before when he was dating JX. But YC? was it bc he was thankful for WQZ being by his side etc?

I think things are progressing way to quickly for both JX/HT and WZQ/YC to be realistic.
