Seven actually responded to each of his update, but she didn't make it visible to public until now. I think it's so sweet and genuine of her. She also made 5-7 more posts to Ljq, Shen family, sjl, lx, xu parents, furong etc. I haven't seen her done this in any of her drama. She typically write a very heartfelt thankyou/goodbye post after the drama's run ends, but never to this extent.

In the novel, it was also "underwhemling" or anti climatic. It was near the end, I can't rmb if it was during the grave scene where she found out ljq (in novel it's ljl) buried her family. But she mentioned that she had a dream she was sjl from shen family. I can't rmb the details, but she revealed her identity, and he accepted it. That's it, just by passing. Nothing special happened, they just continued their lives. At least in this drama they made it more special with the burning of the evidence and ljq making a wish to the matchmaking god for both sjl and xlx. I think this revelation was for ljq to understand where lx was coming from, for him to utterly love her even more knowing for a fact they were fated for each other.
Whether she was able to become sjl wasn't as important in the novel, for one there's no family to go back to and there was no one to revenge on. It was more of for her to carry on living with the tragedy.

Same, yesterday I didn't have any drama to watch and it was my day off so I was bored and lost. Today, I'm looking through clips/videos of ATC and it's just hitting me, I might just rewatch it for the details I missed.
Rewatching these clips made me realized how handsome ljq/lxy was/is. I don't find many handsome with a moustache and beard, but he really pulled it off. But, it's also heartache when I see him with facial hair since that's indication he's growing old.
I'm wating for tianxiwei's next drama airing mid oct called where the mask ends. Hopefully it's decent.

This drama is something special. At first it's to show us how characters learn to survive in different circumstances they are placed. At the very end, it teaches us acceptance of death.

I think lx really took her words to heart to repay the person that burried her family. She repaid ljq more than enough by solving his family crises one after another. She took his family troubles to heart, and ofc it's repaid with kindness from the other members of Lin household.
Absolutely. Lx would've thrived and lived a fulfilling life with or without ljq/love. But, with society's pressure she would've still had to marry in the end.
