It's on Disney+ in APAC regions only. Outside APAC, it will be on Viki. I don't know if Viki is available in India and Disney+ Hotstar will stream it.

Unfortunately, Disney+ only includes Season 3 of Dr. Romantic even in Asian regions and it's not the same with Arthdal Chronicles (Song Joongki) which it has Season 1 on Disney+ before Season 2 exclusively premiered on the platform.

All of Star+ content was moved to Disney+ through the Star tab in the Disney+ interface since July 2024 and of course, it requires profiles to have mature rating like 16+ or 18+ to access all mature content in the Star catalog.
