I was hoping after Call it Love we'd get more simulcasts but apparently no?
Call It Love was self-produced by Disney and Dr. Romantic 3 is just a licensed but still exclusive for Disney+. since it's Licensed, it's likely to be delayed for other regions but some sources said that Season 3 will come to Star+ in Latin America this May 24 and Hulu is possible to stream it on the same day as Star+, just like they do with "Pandora Beneath the Paradise" which it premiered on Star+ in April 12 and Hulu got the premiere on the same day.

Likely to be released on Hulu as Hulu Original series in May 24 with 2 new episodes every Wednesday.

it's likely to be released on May 24 on Hulu with 2 new episodes every Wednesday, the same day premiere on Star+ in Latin America just like they do on "Pandora: Beneath the Paradise" which premiered on Star+ in April 12 and Hulu got the premiere in the same day. However, you can watch on Disney+ with a VPN if you don't like to wait and catch up to the same day as Korea

2 new episodes weekly every Wednesday. Disney+ just do their traditional TV format like on their Disney Channels.

STREAMING UPDATE: for Latin America viewers, it will premiere in May 24 on STAR+. it will release 2 new episodes every Wednesday just like "Pandora: Beneath the Paradise" premiered in April 12. Hulu in the U.S will probably get the same release date as Star+.
