The main character were given a thing (a bracelet in Filter and a golden spoon in Golden Spoon) by a merchant which is an old lady and then never seen her again. those thing does change the main character life for better or worse. It's a similar premise with different plotline basically.
Both series deals with HR departments. While in 'Love Scout' the female lead is a CEO of a search firm, the female lead in 'On the Verge of Insanity' is the head of HR department in a company. The core setting of the story centered around HR departments is similar and would be not that far of a stretch from Love Scout.
Full House (2004) has several similar tropes with Only Just Married (2021). To name a few the similar tropes are fake marriage, cohabitation, slice of life, marriage of convenience, pretend relationship trope. In addition, the two series also adapted from manga or manhwa.
