well it seems I overestimated you. I thought I was writing to someone with an IQ above 30 but it seems I got the wrong sign and it's actually -30.

the story right at the beginning explains that he speaks Thai, understands Korean and he has a Korean manager…
congratulations to reaching age 27 and to have accumulated 13 years of watching subbed/Asian movies. Regretfully that did not help you much in this instance. It is clear from the dialogues in the first episode that Uno speaks Thai - the characters clearly discuss this topic, there is clearly no need for guess work.

I'm confused πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚is it bad or good?
she is ashamed to simply admit that she is having a great time watching it so she needs to find some excuses for watching lest someone blame her for liking it. and others happily chime in relieved that now they can have a jolly good time too and still bash the series πŸ˜‚ as for being bad or good, it is a harmless fluffy cute entertaining series with some drama to not be oversweet. It won't save the world from destruction and will never get an Oscar. Hope this helped.

Mew is just here to take off his shirt right?
you are watching the series just to watch him take off his shirt, right?

most of the dissing comes from 3 groups, 1: haters of Mew 2: shippers of a 5 yo series (also haters of Mew) 3:…
he never left, much to your chagrin. If you want to upset yourself just go and have a look at his page here. But I know you are fully aware of his works that's why you are so vicious. The majority of the shippers were and are actually fans of somebody else and find pervert pleasure in following Mew's every footstep gazing like hypnotized skunks and spreading their stink everywhere. Like you.

This is gonna sound stupid but like.... I've just completed the first episode and I don't know if it's Mew's really…
the story right at the beginning explains that he speaks Thai, understands Korean and he has a Korean manager who translates for him. There are English subs for you to get this very complicated concept. But if you watch it on a Korean site you will see the Thai subs, or if you watch it on a Thai site you will see the Korean subs where appropriate. The story also explains why this is so in the first two eps, and then there are the translator earbuds. It is funny how people get stuck on this part of the story, unless of course it is like an infectious disease and spreads around like measles. (if the actual translation done by the manager was shown in every conversation there would be people complaining about that. obviously)

LMFAO! Right?! It's not like he needs the damn money either! He's RICH!
he is rich and you are so jealous it is not even funny. He is rich, talented, super good looking, successful as an actor and singer, lucky in love. And what are you? A pathetic troll on mydramalist. LMFAO!

who allowed this man back into acting
let me rub this into your scaly skin: in a mere 2 years he has had important support role in Innocent Lies, main role in Love Hurt, main role in Love Me Again, support role in Something In The Wind, main role in Falling In Love, main role in Love Is Like A Cat - these are all showed or showing with great success. Main role in the movie The Package premiering as I write, main role in The Homeroom (completed this year), main role in Rak Sap Lai (still shooting), main role in My Wife's a Gunslinger God all scheduled for showing in a few months or so. He has never been out of acting by the way, it is you who is totally out of reality. Hope it smacked you nice and hard.

Mew showing up in a 3-piece suit, perfectly pressed, for his first day working at a dog cafe, tells you everything…
this post of yours tells everything about you that we need to know. there still are people especially in civilized countries (that's not the west) where people respect their job place and show it by their attire on the first day (as it was actually explained by Uno). As a side note, would you care to elaborate how his dressing on his first workday affects the quality of the series?

This is cringefest.I was fixated on subtitle panel bcoz I can't even bear looking at their faces. But I'm still…
chemistry is like beauty, it's in the eye of the beholder. and just as you can't see beauty in a person you dislike, same goes for chemistry. it would be nice if all of your deluded shipper fandom just left Mew alone and did not do their utmost to badmouth this series because of your sick obsession with ttts. but that is a wish in vain because your fellow shippers are everywhere where you can harm him.

"Love is like a cat", but all the story is about dogs... πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
soo? it could be about killer whales and still have the same title. perhaps you have not noticed that this is not a love story between dogs? how funny it is that one hard of understanding person threw up this really weak trope and then the sheep just follow baaing the same feeble minded remark. so let's break this down: the title is a parable about the nature of love between human beings and maybe there will actually be a person uttering it at a crucial point of the series. I hope this explanation is simple enough for you to understand at least the gist of it.

the rating is discouraging me from watching this. Is it that bad?
the rating reflects the swarm of members of a certain shipper sect plus a few other riffraff I don't choose to specify who gave their bad rating even before the show began. but if you rely on others to see if you can watch 15 min long eps then by all means be discouraged. it is definitely not for people who make it a matter of life and death decision to watch it.

were you watching it at all ? the guy with the weird hair speaks Thai, he translates for Pi Uno. He also explains…
since you are obviously not into a meaningful discussion why go to such length in writing nonsense about the series? say simply you don't like the series same as a dozen others, who also invent all sorts of reasons not to like it while their main reason is one of two: either they are shippers of a 5 yo series or they hate Mew. "Cultural misunderstanding" my foot. Not wanting to watch a series because in your view he was called wrongly one time by a secretary is beyond pathetic.

I am sorry for your traumas, but I agree your personal traumas are none of my business or of the other few hundred people reading about them, so maybe it is healthier to keep them out of the topic. If the age difference is a problem for you, then by your own admitting it is you and not the selection of the actors. 10 years is not a difference, it is the mindset and maturity of the people that counts. You just listed all his BL series that you don't like, so it is weird that you keep on coming for more especially with the personal issue. And relying on comments here to make up your mind one way or another... please listen to the negative ones and don't watch the series. It's not for you. No you don't have to love Mew, but in a normal healthy world people decide to watch actors they like and don't watch something just to give vent to their hate. Since you have read the comments you know perfectly well what I am talking about. The story and the plot is provided at the top. It must be a hard life when watching or not watching a 12x15 minutes twelve to a dozen lighter than fluff series can give such a headache almost as if it was a matter of life and death. To think that I quite a few times embarked on watching 60 ep long Chinese dramas without any of these preliminaries makes me feel a very irresponsible person. ("learn to separate the actor from the series first before you go writing big long comments of nothing" - the irony of this sentence... please reread your opening and reflect on it).

I haven't even started this and I have concerns... Mew is acting with a dude 10 years younger than him? like,…
the ten years younger dude is 22. An adult by any measure who can make his own acting decisions. What type of series would be an obstacle for Mew to not act in a fluffy Thai/Korean BL? He "suddenly leaned" to act in several Thai lakorns (straight or gay roles), in a remake of a classic Thai musical series, in a zombie movie, in a romcom, and I am sure there will be a lot more "sudden leanings" because he wants to act in different roles and not get stuck in one little box. That's why he accepted this role as well. If you dislike an actor don't watch him because he will spoil everything for you. I know it from experience, I would never rewatch TTTS for instance no matter how much I love Mew.

Stumbled upon this on Viki, but haven't watched yet. Came over here to see what you all thought and whoa such…
and if I said the ratings were decided even before they watched? It just shows the ratio between haters and fans and got nothing to do with the actual series which is a harmless twelve to a dozen fluffy BL of the very light kind.

What in the cultural disconnect did I just watch? As another commenter said and I agree with- P’Uno is supposed…
were you watching it at all ? the guy with the weird hair speaks Thai, he translates for Pi Uno. He also explains to the CEO how Pi Uno understands Korean but does not speak it. His father knows it too, and the scene between them has extra tension because they both stick to their own language knowing the other understands anyway but they won't give in. As for later scenes there are the earbuds. No spoiler because this info was all over the place anyway. Prejudice is really a great hindrance to understanding what's going on, don't you think so?
