It becomes tricky to project a character to be in love one person and be in relationship with another. Kdramas do this all the time with FL, problem with this is that the FL's in these scenarios come across as Aholes. To cover the fact that FL's are Aholes, the dramas make their boyfriends as cheaters, which does not make sense since the Fl never was 100% into these men. You need a lot of nuance to write such characters and Kdrama fail spectacularly making the FL look like, as I said top grade Aholes
