Only on ep. 5 so I dare not look too far ahead on the commets, but I see the imposters sister is still at it and getting rewards for what she didn't do. When will the 'chickens come home to roost'? Her trying to learn the hand bells is boring and so is the lttle annoyance that is chasing Mr. Jin (used to be Chubby).

Ep. 13. I still can't get over those lips. If I were any of those MLs I would find them more intimidating than the 'inauspicious' blood she's always using to threaten with. These men can just traipse into the bedrooms of Na Zhan's 'flowers' anytime they want and play at being manly. She talks strategy with the Lord about how to use the desert, but I haven't seen a grain of sand anywhere lately.

Ep. 4 Travelling the high road to the sound of music. Travelling the low road as we listen to the arrangements that could well lead to plucking away at the secret notes of Symphony City.

Ep. 3 starts with a caterwauling competition and ends with filigree flute playing. In between, older sister fools Young Lord into believing she's his childhood benefactor. Little sister is reluctant to become his private entertainer. There's a plot in play that could have a deadly outro to this creation.

Ep. 2 That was a fabulous musical performance. Now it's time for 'tripping the light fantastic' among the swaying bamboo branches culminating in a slowly twirling descent onto a fast moving steed. Here we go, another drama trope about one girl fooling the hero into thinking they are childlhood buddies instead of the real one he met when in a dire situation. This cannot turn out well.

Just started this and it didn't take long for Young Lord to take off his clothes. Not much to see there. Looks like we're going to have some musical chairs between the sisters about who will attract his attention.

Ep. `12 I guess this could be called The Cook, The Lord, His Wife and Her Lover. He's not looking any the worse for wear despite the poisoned arrow in his back. It helps when the Lady blows on things. She lets the Spirit overcome her composure and pours out her heart while his is pounding beneath her.

There seems to be a lull in historical Cdramas right now so I guess we have to settle or rewatch old stuff.

I've seen up to ep 11 and if there was a rape scene I must have missed it. I usually stop watching dramas when characters that are not designated as evil start abusing women. That's why I stopped watching Allen Ren's abuse of FL in Love of Nirvana.

Actually I do. I find the ML stiff and his stalking unsettling. His constantly changing outfits are attractive but as they say 'all hat and no cattle'.The badit is energetic, spontaneous and can resist the 2nd princess' charms when he wants to. I also find the Lord (even though he may be an imposter) intellectually curious and respectful of the Princess knowledge, sexy when he decides to bed someone. As I say, the Princess is very clever except when it comes to the duds that are her companions.

I'm not lost, just bored. She seems passionate about a lot of thing other than him.

Ep. 11 Took a while, finally here is the proscribed twirl and eyeball-to-eyeball fixation of inevitable couplehood. Like the Princess said out hero changes his mind as often as his outfits. So far the bandit wins the sexy contest and the cook outfit is priceless.

Just had to comment on Love of Nirvana which I stopped after ep 7 as I found Allen Ren's character too sadistic. Hoping for a romantic kissing scene in an Allen Ren drama is a lost cause.

Tried to get into this, but the totally deluded about his looks ML put me off immediately.

Ep. 10 Our hero has turned into a bit of a stalker in her bedroom but he has her back when things become threadbare. She goes to the root of things and crafts protective gear for the men in her life. One of them what's to use her for who know what the other one is hanging on to a secret that will knock her socks off.

Why are the ratings on this drama dropping? Ep. 9 was not the most scintillating but we find out there is history between the Lord and the Qing Yun. The Princess and her suitor like playing flute duets and the other Princess finds herself in a house of carnal pleasure. The bandit is being goaded into taking on the 'mighty' Lord who is preoccupied with threading the needle of passion.

Ep. 8 Not another lantern festival, same old, same old. Have we learned anytning new? Not! ML and FL wearing identical masks as they traipse through the festivities. Second couple indulge in some levity as they dance and wear garlands in their hair. The Lord is planning to dress down to meet his subjects but we don't get to see hide nor hair of him.

Ep. 7 We get to see all three MLs now. The bandit has got a bit of a sunburn but I don't think it's from the heat of the Princess' charms. He leaves her with a pouch of pennies. The other Princess has two suitors. One has fallen into a funk and can only spend his time carrying his torch through a maze of tunnels or putting red flags on tree branches. As for the Lord, well he's such a smartypants he knows big words like 'eidetic', but believes her when she says she's on the rag to get out of his bedroom clutches.
