I love this show!! This is way better than love of nirvana another ongoing series, it has a likeable fl that makes…
Yeah, I tuned out of Love of Nirvana after seven episodes. It was just too sadistic and I don't fancy Allen Ren at all. Too bad, because I liked Landi Li and Jeremy Tsui.
Ep. 6. Words fail me. I really can't find anything to say about this one - good or bad. It was just, meh. This third lead, the Lord, so not engaging. I guess he has a story, but what is it? The other two male leads are either trying to escape from their Princess or traversing underground tunnels and popping out of closets to find theirs. Whoas me, let's have a little more CP.
Ep.5. Our hero is spitting so much blood he's going to need a transfusion. That's not stopping him from constantly changing into the most fetching outfits. She's arrived late at Yunpei and threatens her way in to see him, leaving the best for last if his eyes are anything to go by. Her fiery dance has the Lord slobbering and even the eunuch standing up straight.
Ep. 4. What's this drama world coming to? A first for me. the Princess is sucking out a wound on our heroe's bare back and then comforts him in his fever dream. Other than that I guess the second Princess was supposed to be comedy relief leading the 'fierce' bandit by the nose with her intermittendly, failing eyesight.
Ep. 3. Second Princess has decided her kidnapper looks decidedly tasty as she slowly disrobes him. First Princess disrobes but only to take a plunge in the water to cool off. After being rescued the heavy breathing and heat generated should dry the remaining clothes on their bodies unfailingly. Princesses to the rescue but hardly anyone survives. "The wind blows and the sand moves", life can really be the pits at times.
Ep. 2. Oh, those luscious, bloody lips are so irresistible, but is it ethical for a hero to take advantage of a drugged Princess. The heinous bandit is also wobbling around in a daze and has another Princess in hand. For how long will anyone here be able to retain their virtue?
Tragic as the opening minutes are, the FL puffy, overdrawn lips are irritating. Not much else on right now so will stick with it for now. We meet the first hero running up and down rocks until his horse appears out of nowhere and he proceeds to kill all the people accompanying the Princess' carriage. Over to hero #2 who is injured and trying to keep his horse alive. This impresses the #2 Princess enough so she gives him heaps of water and even takes him into her carriage. Both look like they are deceiving each other. Good start to a drama. Only here to see more of the desert.
"And we will live on again" is a good motto. Was happy to see that they had a short, sweet moment together. Great second season that gave us a staunch hero, a loyal band of his friends and action galore. It got pretty bloody and the villains were irredeemable. Meada was the real monster.
Just finished ep 5 and was so happy they got to have that long awaited hug. Now to get dewormed. But wait that probably can't happen until they defeat the whole batshit crazy mob at the 'hospital'.
This is seriously creepy and violent. Just watching ep 3 and the fact that he doesn't remember their elationship is very pitiable. They are up against great odds.
I'm on ep. 4 and already thuroughly confused who is the good guy and who is the bad guy here. It looks like the FL will fall for the guy who has been trying to murder her relentlessly. This is not a trend I appreciate. Anyway I like Jeremy Tsui a lot better than Allan Ren.
That was a painfully drawn out ending. It took too long to get the evil guy out of the picture. He had already hogged too much of the narrative. Shen Du got his family re instated but why did he think he needed to leave his capable wife out of the picture? I liked her character as a strong, independent woman but found him a bit stiff. Can somebody tell who the young emperor's parents were?
It's mostly the women, not the men. They got a problem with sex scenes apparently, they just call it porn everytime.
I like this drama a lot expecialy the Queen and some of her cohorts except for her sleezy sister. Got no problem with sex scenes or nudity. It's the killing and debasing of women that bothers me. This is almost the bloodies Kdrama I've seen except for some vapire one and some movies.
Three episodes to go. I don't know how much longer we have to put up with that smarmy creep before he gets his comeuppance? The writers are dragging this torture out way too long.
how about skinship scenes or it's just hugging without real kissing scenes!? thank you
Very affectionate relationship with pretty tame hugging and the odd focus on their faces coming close filming their lips in anticipation but 'no dice'.
Shen Du has such a calm presence and the couple seem to have a lot of time for hugs in between trying to unravel what the evildoers are up to. Just finished ep 32 so there's plenty more to look forward to.
everything is just a little off....the wrting, the way its shot, the way its edited, even the genre is just off.…
What's the big deal about 10 years difference. If it was the other way around nobody would think twice. Besides she had to step up when her older sister reneged or the whole family would have been in big doo doo.
