The main leads are on different paths, but life in Soeul turns ugly with personal betrayal and career calamities. So it's time to make a fresh start while returning to your roots.
What happened? I was able to watch one episode per day free on IQiyi and today all but five episodes are under a paywall. Is there anywhere this drama which has already ended can be accessed for free? Help!
Bittersweet episode as their feelings are in the open but she does not trust the endurance of them. Lots of matches happened but not the ones that were supposed to. Is there still hope for the three 'old maids'? The killer of his 'gay' son has been caught out and now he will have to pay a price. There is danger ahead.
Different paths, different goals. The relationship is at a crossroads. Ruyi wants what she's got now and Ning wants to retire and have her to himself. Is this what is making Ning clutch at his chest constantly? Yang Ying and Yuanlu want to be the go-betweens, all the hangers-on are funny as hell trying to deal with the fall-out of love's turmoil.
Ruyi the Wise. She's the only one with emotional intelligence. Everyone else goes off the deep end at every turn. Jui is a puddle when he sees her and Ning acts like there is a long, hard object up his behind. Yang Ying has a wimpy relapse and can only think of getting out the silk scarf for her neck.
This episode packed a powerful punch as the 'prince' learned the hard way that love hurts. The plot to steal the gold was a fool's errand. Now there is a new wrinkle with the arrival of the An envoy.
Kung fu galore, set to music in the rain showers. Ruyi takes on all challengers. Ning commiserates with her great loss. A long hug, a chaste kiss on the forehead will have to do between them for now.
Only on ep 31 but it was a heartbreaker. In this case someone really should do away with such a mother-in-law. I hope Yingzi's fortunes improve before the end. This drama certainly has been under everyone's radar it seems.
The lady Jin with her kiss curl is formidable. Good fun episode as they get closer to An. Ning is making head way with his potential babymaker but the kiss he planted on her was pretty subdued. The camera tracking everywhere except where it should focus, namely the lips.
Only up to ep 12 but things are warming up. My one complaint (and it's not just this drama) is how impossible it is to read the subtitles when there is a song and its lyrics under the picture. I appreciate the music and what it says but they should put it above or on the side of the picture as I'm missing so much of the dialogue.
Wall to wall Wuxia. Half of episode is fending of a much larger military force. Great planning goes into this battle by the heroes. They have each others' back. But, there are casualties and consequences to face. He's starting to get possessive just as she lets him know there are plenty of fish in the sea.
