I completely agree with you. I loved the romance in the first part only because of Uk. He looked so in love with her that I couldn't help but root for them. Mudeok always looked disinterested and annoyed even in the last episodes when they were supposed to be together. I know that her character was supposed to be like that and that she is not a romantic person, but I at least expected her to show emotions through her eyes. If we hadn't been told that she was in love with him, I would never have thought that she had any feelings for him. In this part you can see that she loves him and they have much much more chemistry.
