Sad ending with a hope for a happy ending as xianxias usually do. But it ends on a positive note assuring the viewer that everything will go well. (Hope I make sense, I tried not to spoil too much.)
I just finished this and omg I absolutely loved it! I had read so many comments online about how funny it is (and it really was) but it was also such a heartbreaking story. I mean I feel like I cried way more than I laughed, but maybe that's just me. I loved everything about this drama: the characters, the plot, the worldbuilding. Also the fact that the sisters loved and defended each other, it was so refreshing. I am too emotional to say more, but I highly recommend it, it's a 10/10 for me!
i just finished watching the last episode. It is a 9.5/10 for me. Such a beautiful, compelling drama. And the ending...I loved the ending π₯Ή I have more to say, but I am so emotional now, absolutely loved it.
I love it so far (on ep. 4, watching on Viki) The visuals, the characters, the main couple's chemistry are just amazing. I also love the ML's conflicted look whenever he is with the FL. He tries so hard to be cold with her, but his puppy eyes betray his true feelings. I can't wait for the angst. Also, maybe it's just me but the dark fantasy-fairytale vibes remind me of 80s movies (Legend, Willow, The Labyrinth) in a very good way. I don't think the rating here is fair, it's such a good drama.
Pretty sure haters and fans of other dramas review bombed. It was like 8.2 nine hours ago.
Yeah, I noticed that and it was so strange seeing it drop within a few hours π it's such a good drama. I hope it gets the recognition it deserves. And yes, I am a huge TJC fan, but it's not just about him. It really is a well made drama and I love the deeper meaning in it in spite of the humor.
I honestly don't understand the 7.9. I have watched the first five episodes and I love it so far. It is funny, but at the same time it tackles with serious issues. I love the acting and the characters. For me it's a 9 so far.
