It's disappointing that it looks like they're continuing the toxic relationship theme here. Wasn't a fan of them in Cutie Pie and this looks even worse. Nothing says love like lying in order to preserve your hot mess relationship.

Oh, I wholeheartedly agree. I wish more BLs followed the formula of something like Not Me with the romance as less of a focus. That one felt less trope heavy as well as less sexist and misogynistic. And it let its actors really shine. Not perfect, but it tried.
As long as the plot is strong here, I think it'll be good and from the trailer at least, it looks promising.

I feel like I'm in the minority, but I honestly love it when the actors depart from their typical BL roles. I feel like dramas like this one let them really showcase their acting skills, not to mention that it's nice to see them in something that's more plot driven rather than romance. Perth and Ohm are exceptional actors and I can't wait to see them in this drama.

So I just started this drama now that it's completed and I can properly binge it. I'm only on episode 4, but I am having serious issues with Ye Tan. I kind of like her, I want to like her, but she is so over the top, she makes me cringe. I understand why she acts the way she does, it's just a lot. I can completely relate to Xuan Shang's reactions to her. Does she tone it down anytime soon because I don't think I can stand 40 episodes of her like this.

Not a fan of that trope either and I put it off for the longest time, but I actually ended up mostly liking it. The things I didn't like about the drama were not related to the body switching. It's worth watching at least once.

I truly don't understand people who call themselves fans, but get angry at their idol living their own life. Why is it so hard to comprehend that they are human beings too, not dolls? It's just sad. This idea that celebrities should remain single to appease fans is absurd.

I cannot even begin to imagine how exhausting it must be to try to maintain the kind of perfect image they are expected to project. It's truly ridiculous that something that should be a blip on the radar and nothing more could have the possibility to derail his career even slightly. They were both consenting adults, they were evidently both single, so what's the issue? There shouldn't be one except that someone was able to post obviously private photos. That's what should be the focus here, not that a young man was sexually active (shocking!), but the violation of privacy which is completely skated over in this article.

I truly hope this doesn't negatively affect the ratings/reviews for Lighter and Princess because regardless of Chen Fei Yu as a person, he is a good actor, he was excellent in his role as Li Xun and the drama as a whole was beautiful. And I hope this doesn't ruin his career. He's still so young, he has a lot left to learn both in life and his career and I'm looking forward to seeing him grow.

With the number of BL actors they have in the drama, I think there's going to be a riot if there's not at least one pairing. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for sure they don't do us dirty.

Not a zombie drama, but Remember 15 was a horror drama that just came out last year that had an m/m and f/f pairing in addition to m/f, so there's hope they'll do the same for this one.
