Hmmm... would have loved it had they explored the relationship and interactions of the twins with each other a bit more though or shown us how closer the twins have gotten and their similarities even though they don't know yet that they are actually siblings before the real Crown Prince Lee Hwi was killed, so that the heart-rending oncoming last episodes ( we all know its coming 'çause the ML's dad killed her brother Prince Lee Hwi ) would have made a greater impact and give a much more heartbreaking confrontation episodes of the FL and ML's dilemma to us audience ..... but this is STILL SOOOO F*CK*NG GOOD though :D very excited for the next episode yaay!!!!

If you don't mind oldies then this one a diamond Kdrama... JEWEL IN THE PALACE the heroine is not a simpering damsel in distress miss she can hold her own, very smart, sensitive, gentle and pure hearted heroine, she might not know martial arts and ninja moves but she kicks ass and still a badass herself albeit of a different kind :)
But to me, the sad part from this noona drama, we can't ship them for together as the age gap is very high. IMO.
:) It's just a fun harmless reference to the drama though and not official... cause they really look good as a couple and their chemistry is really high in this drama and as I'm one of those harmless delulu's who wants to ship couples in a drama for real and I'm afraid I'm of two minds for this couple though.

sorry for the late response...in case you're still interested though... In REEL the hero is a 'lil bit older in this drama than the heroine... but for REAL the actor is actually 8 yrs. younger than the actress who played the heroine ...hence the term Noona Drama ...still their chemistry is superb :)
I feel more like she is kind of a spicy onion with many layers. In her heart, she is a bit savage and spicy but…

Wow!..wait....just woah! 0_0 did that really happened? for real?... I'll take a look again and check this detail you mentioned. What I've only noticed is how bad they did her hair color only, though as always she's still beautiful btw even with this hair color but in a historical settings that hair color is a bit odd and distracting. That's sad....so sad that they did her wrong in this drama on so many levels. She deserves more. :(

... :) hope the person who does the subtitling edits of JunJiu Ling translate a little bit clearly and accurately so that the delivery of the lines and the impact of it's meaning is greatly conveyed to us audience. I've always been and will be thankful to all the subtitlers out there who works hard... but I'm afraid I can't help but compare it to whoever does the subtitles in A Female Arrives at the Imperial College drama is better indeed compared to who does Jun Jiu Ling's.

2.) " What JiuLing owe's you ,When Jiuling repaid what's owed you ,When JiuLing doesn't owe you anymore , I will still repay you . " ( " I'll still repay you " means he Zhu Zan will still be around in the guise of repaying Dr. Jun for always )

JJL's maid looks annoying at first glance but this maid here takes the cake, for a servant that dared to think above her station ( I have nothing against servants too but in a historical setting this would be an abomination ) would be beheaded already. I was amazed ( not in a good way ) too at first when she dared to pick a fight with Yan Yan who is obviously a son of a higher rank?! But to be honest too I sort of ( sorry to say this ) forget and ignore her whenever she comes on the scene, I can't sort of see her even if she is with the FL, Yan Yan or with others she sort of fade into the background to me even if she is saying her lines.
May I ask #40 in what?....Ooohh..wow! 0_0 ..are they really saying all that of Jun Jiu Ling?... Bad script?...okay…
naah...he's just simply not their type....which is okay but that I don't agree with cause I find him charming ( the actor ) and I still like how he portrays Zhu Zan as a mischievous, assertive, barbaric and a bit arrogant but still upright character ( which is to be expected as he is a military young man freshly arrived from the barbaric frontier, still young, smart, rich and an heir to a dukedom to boot after all ) :D
