Watching this in 2025 and it feels rather stale. The male character is rather annoying and needlessly antagonistic. I am sure he will soften up after the FL stumbles into his arms a few more times. I won't be sticking around to witness such high quality writing tough. Dropped.
What a mess. I'm not a fan of the characters memories not being affected by timeline changes concept. It's like they are somehow transferred into the changed timeline or something.
I am 12 episodes in and I don't get it. Why does the ML have to become a pro Go player by himself? Why isn't it enough to be an avatar for the ghost?
It's a nice power fantasy with the ghost steamrolling the opponents. I don't care much for MLs own trials and tribulations though.
Tbh I'll call it BS if ML somehow becomes a top player. He neither has the talent nor the obsession. It really feels like he's forcing himself instead of enjoying it.
Six episodes in. Don't want to be negative. But some things don't add up. Two attractive guys without GFs?
So the race driver just broke up. And he probably has (or gets) a GF at every port... I mean race track.
But what is the deal with Jun Le? He's attractive and easy going. So why doesn't he have a GF already? Or is it his MO to fall in love with tourists/visitors?
Started off interesting. But then came episode three. The cop did not secure the weapon or the assailant and then treated the victims injury instead of bringing her to a nearby hospital. And he didn't bother bringing her to a police station either, just had a meal with her. This was so bizarre. Dear writer what happened?
The CEO is super sketchy, intercepting her in the stairwell, touching her face, proposing a fake relationship. The submissive FL will of course go along with it. I don't understand the appeal of such "love" stories.
It's like a wise redditor once said. Imagine "Fifty shades of gray" but the ML is ugly, poor and lives in a trailer. Would it still be seen as an erotic romance?

This might be a worse love story than Twilight. :P
I like the general concept though. It has these Final Destination vibes. Although I found some of the rules a bit too specific, almost contrived.

Same here.
The BGM was epic. LOL
