Looks like a good cast (as expected of NHK). I just hope it's fun and not depressing.

I know that the writer wrote this with the good intention of telling people to give jdramas a try but this is…
my intentions were pure but it did bring out the bad in both group of drama lovers, I wasn't trying to belittle either country with this post just promote a country that i see far more often being kicked to the side, thanks for your comment though!

Really good article!! Covered a lot of points I use when I try to convince people to try watching some J-dramas.…
Sometimes i get in j-drama era moods like "ok i REALLY wanna watch something from the 90s" or "i really wanna watch an early 2000s drama" or im tired of old and want a modern drama XD so idg the "the good dramas stopped in 2010 thing haha" but i understand that certain eras fullfill certain tastes so for some people that era was the best

I think this is interesting, because there are some reasons people say they will not get into J-Dramas that are…
If you want zero comedy try tantei no tantei or siren, if u want something that isn't funny or detective try beautiful life or kazoku game

How about a BIG reason - a REAL reason? Japan, just like America & a lot of European & British shows, can't pass…
Interesting comment, i do find it interesting that you feel this way though only about j-dramas, do you not feel like women in kdrama mainly speak about men aswell? If u want empowered women not talking about men all the time, try higanbana, lipstick, or tantei no tantei
